03/3/2004 12:36 | Strange wasn't it. 1M+ sold at 72p and price doesn't move. Anyone any idea what that was as if it was a sale the price would have dropped. Maybe a delayed sale that has been worked through for past couple of weeks and is now clear. RNS may follow from institution. If this is the case then price may now start to rise further with the sale out of the way. | smow1
03/3/2004 12:25 | Price neutral whatever they are...;o) | ![]() nurdin
03/3/2004 12:18 | Oh! Big volume... | ![]() clocktower
02/3/2004 16:07 | After all the positive press coverage (not one bad word to be said) and the future prospects I find it amazing that there are any sellers at all. Expected a surge upwards on the back of these results. No doubt have to wait for traders to move on before we can move forwards. | smow1
02/3/2004 15:51 | Yes but the price has been marked down slightly so there maybe some sells waiting to be shown,it is encouraging however that at least one larger buyer is coming in at this level. | jwe
02/3/2004 15:47 | Anyone notice the 50k buy at 81p? :o) | ![]() nurdin
02/3/2004 13:45 | its a shame the mm's arent marking it down a bit more... Im hoping to top up at lower price :( then again they could have a buy order to fill. | ![]() kael
02/3/2004 12:37 | So the AGM is on St.George's Day - how appropriate ! | ![]() orange1
02/3/2004 11:59 | Agreed..CR..I will hold until big volume starts going through. | ![]() clocktower
02/3/2004 10:51 | Too cheap to jump ship for me cloacktower - my bet is we're through the quid come the AGM in April and if the US picks up over the next few months it might well be a fair bit more SGI get for PVRD. CR | ![]() cockneyrebel
02/3/2004 10:44 | More to come for those willing/able to wait imo also. However, a profit is a profit for anyone that wants to jump ship. | ![]() clocktower
01/3/2004 22:26 | PRVD closed at its high for the day. Another solid performance from our American friend. Roll on April i say. | daza75
01/3/2004 21:06 | You're right nurdin imo. CR | ![]() cockneyrebel
01/3/2004 20:22 | Dont think it means they exercised the options and sold the shares.Options have been converted to shares and thats all that is said...unless someone can correct me | ![]() nurdin
01/3/2004 20:19 | Well the AGM April 23 is likely to be upbeat - perhaps news on whether it will be cash or a share buy back. I reckon you just need holds till then to see the value much higher. CR | ![]() cockneyrebel
01/3/2004 19:23 | I dont think the additional listing will cause any negative effect on tomorrow's share price, its just over 1% of the total shares in issue. With the americas flying and PRVD up as i speak, it should be a good day. | daza75
01/3/2004 18:40 | Additional Listing The Company announces that on 27 February 2004, it issued 270,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each to certain employees of the Company who have exercised options over those shares. Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 5 March2004 | ![]() cottoner
01/3/2004 18:28 | Nurdin, Hope they don't ! lol. Agree they are still not dear. Hey I'm my own worst enemy, ramping a share I want to buy. Seriously if we are bothered they have risen too much recently just stick them in the Pension for 2 years. They wont look dear then. This is a conservative stock for discerning investors. God I've done it again - still dont hold any! H. | ![]() hectorp
01/3/2004 18:09 | Cheers Hector :o)remeber IC are a fan and may well tip them this Friday PRVD stake currently worth $5m......thought Id mention | ![]() nurdin
01/3/2004 17:28 | as I said..CEO confirmed they are already into profits first two months this year whereas they normally break even in 1st quarter due to the seasonality of the business..:o) | ![]() nurdin
01/3/2004 16:38 | And the first paragraph? LOL | daza75
01/3/2004 16:34 | I think you need to subscribe to Barclays to get Analyst for free. I can't post it, it wouldn't be fair to those that subscribe - I'd have the hump if someone posted it before I'd read it too. Perhaps in a few days time. It ends - "With the strong performance continuing into 2004, these shares look under-rated" CR | ![]() cockneyrebel |
