Strange wasn't it. 1M+ sold at 72p and price doesn't move. Anyone any idea what that was as if it was a sale the price would have dropped.

Maybe a delayed sale that has been worked through for past couple of weeks and is now clear. RNS may follow from institution.

If this is the case then price may now start to rise further with the sale out of the way.

After all the positive press coverage (not one bad word to be said) and the future prospects I find it amazing that there are any sellers at all. Expected a surge upwards on the back of these results. No doubt have to wait for traders to move on before we can move forwards.

Yes but the price has been marked down slightly so there maybe some sells waiting to be shown,it is encouraging however that at least one larger buyer is coming in at this level.

its a shame the mm's arent marking it down a bit more... Im hoping to top up at lower price :(

Too cheap to jump ship for me cloacktower - my bet is we're through the quid come the AGM in April and if the US picks up over the next few months it might well be a fair bit more SGI get for PVRD.

Dont think it means they exercised the options and sold the shares.Options have been converted to shares and thats all that is said...unless someone can correct me

Well the AGM April 23 is likely to be upbeat - perhaps news on whether it will be cash or a share buy back. I reckon you just need holds till then to see the value much higher.

I dont think the additional listing will cause any negative effect on tomorrow's share price, its just over 1% of the total shares in issue.

With the americas flying and PRVD up as i speak, it should be a good day.

The Company announces that on 27 February 2004, it issued 270,000 new Ordinary
Shares of 1p each to certain employees of the Company who have exercised options
over those shares. Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 5 March2004

Hey I'm my own worst enemy, ramping a share I want to buy.

Seriously if we are bothered they have risen too much recently just stick them in the Pension for 2 years. They wont look dear then. This is a conservative stock for discerning investors.

as I said..CEO confirmed they are already into profits first two months this year whereas they normally break even in 1st quarter due to the seasonality of the business..:o)

I can't post it, it wouldn't be fair to those that subscribe - I'd have the hump if someone posted it before I'd read it too. Perhaps in a few days time.
