No problem with dilution at a sensible £2 level...

Let's see the BOD leading by example and no excuses

So you accept my point regarding any beneficial rights issue down the road. Good.

As I intimated previously, I would like to see an RNS announcing Director buys and who wouldn't? It appears there is some doubt as to wether they are allowed to right now.

However given the current stake building by others, I am confident of an even more healthy return than I already have. I hope you managed to get some more under 40 as, given your prolific posting style, it would be better if you were on the right side of this sausage.

Perhaps you can address the real issue......the BODs lack of skin in the game!

Lead by example...not this CEO

I notice in the presentation he was weak on the actual business ( the questioner was more knowledgeable), perhaps understandable after 4 weeks

Perhaps smelly can name a company that has the same number of shares in issue as when it was formed....and how are they doing?

Unfiltered 🤣🚴‍♀️

So we agree its shameful Directors and CEO have so little skin in this one

We agree dilution is inevitable.

On that basis why should anyone buy in?

BOD need to lead the way....shameful

I'd agree if they are on the BOD and it was a closed period. But are they actually on the board anymore? And is it a closed period?

Dont think they are allowed to buy right now? Immediately after financial results yes, not right now though... feel free to correct me anyone.

If the market cap. gets a bit higher then a raise won't be too dilutive.

But HRnet need to make a move soon if they don't want their £1.80 diluted....

I've unfiltered you to read that. I agree up to a point, except funding will put the company on a much better footing and actually will improve their prospects no end and ultimately the share price with it. Dilution is the way to go and there is hardly any company that doesn't do it, so I'm fine with that, and any shafting will be short lived.

Yes thats always a terrible sign. My guess is shareholders will get shafted with a funding dilution thats why they haven't bought in cheap

No doubt he has no time to post as he's still waiting for his 33p so has his finger hovering over the buy button to get his 500 quid invested if it ever gets there.
