TS is 'interim chairman'. Nothing unusual in selling shares at this time of year. You should see other management in other companies doing the same.

If they were to announce each bit of work that came in, they'd never get any work done.

I wonder if they will announce another buyback on results day and if they keep something special for that day too, I can see few big new customers on their website but for some reason they haven’t announced them officially yet. I really hope we will touch 50p this year

Hays trades internationally. I'm out and about, who is the interim chairman of staffline? Tax year coming up, the changed accounting and tax rules may apply but it's not unusual for management to sell shares in the run up to the end of April, I think the shift is to end of march now.
