When a shareholder reached the 5% threshold, they must submit an RNS and at every 1 percent thereafter. As the share buyback continues, the total number of shares reduces, thus your holding as a percentage of the total increases without acquiring any more. So you submit an RNS as you go up through any subsequent threshold.

Haven’t seen much interest from top shareholders only dumping. From directors only Tina have bought a little. Buyback almost done so if no support from them this goes back to 20’s…terrible market ATM. next trading update in January when we will see the impact of new busnisses wins over 2k workers added to the books. In my calculation till the end of the year this should add around 30m extra to the turnover. But this may add nothing if they losing businesses in other areas. I’m staying long so let’s hope for the best.
