03/3/2016 12:32 | Some decent looking news. Though I suppose the question of margin has to be addressed:- Stadium Group PLC on Thursday said its Stontronics subsidiary has been named the only approved external power supply manufacturer for the Raspberry Pi 3. Raspberry Pi 3 is a credit card-sized single-board computer from the Raspberry Pi Foundation, a UK-based charity working on creating small, cheap computers. Rasberry Pi is made by UK-listed Premier Farnell PLC and is mostly used in schools. "The Raspberry Pi Foundation chose Stadium as the only approved manufacturer of the power supply because of Stontronics' expertise in semi-custom design and ability to handle all required third-party approvals to deliver a fully approved Raspberry Pi branded product," said Stadium Chief Executive Charlie Peppiatt. - See more at: | cwa1
09/2/2016 11:21 | I've never seen so many bargain shares around, SDM is one of the best IMO fast growing company with increased turnover profits and dividend, I'd not be surprised if they are taken over at this price as cash rich companies look for bargains also. GLA R2 | roofer2
01/2/2016 17:46 | Yes - a very sensible update i thought | hutch_pod
01/2/2016 13:32 | another tip from Simon Thompson in the IC today appears to have sparked some interest | alter ego
26/1/2016 10:22 | Thanks Hastings, a fairly concise & positive analysis. Also, looking at the Investor Relations section of their web site the insti shareholdings are good for a smallish company - always like to see that. Hopefully, the down trend has been arrested & we can look forward to the results but in these markets who knows ! D. | aylingd
26/1/2016 08:47 | A few thoughts that may be of interest to others taking a look. | hastings
25/1/2016 09:52 | Looks like it might break out of the downward trend today. Considering the recent trading statement it is very cheap. | hydrus
22/1/2016 23:02 | Spud, looks like you called it just right, it's a no brainer from here atb R2 | roofer2
21/1/2016 11:19 | Tempting fate I know but................ it does appear to have found its level. spud | spud
20/1/2016 20:50 | agree with all the comments ; looks cheap indeed (not that many brokers cover though to be fair) BUT there is just a lack of trust in markets now and with that trust in co statements too i guess ; punters aware mkt conditions change rapidly for any co in this environ; but impressive nonetheless to read this t/s today. maybe we needed a significantly ahead job ! | value viper
20/1/2016 20:21 | Eps forecast of 12.3 is correct for 2016. Pre tax profit estimate of 6 million on a market cap of 42 million. Do the sums ST ill provide you with an abacas if you wish. One to buy when the market turns. It's good value and could get even better value ? | esther1975

20/1/2016 16:15 | Are you sure? EPS 12.3p for 2016 on Stock opedia. | hutch_pod
20/1/2016 14:46 | Been watching but if u want my take the stock is on a forward pe ratio on double digits hence the weakness. | simon templar qc
20/1/2016 11:03 | Yup - 130p seems a reasonable short term target (markets permitting). spud | spud
20/1/2016 10:58 | Yes I was particularly happy to see the comments about the current year. If the 12.3p forecast is met they are on a prosp PE of 7.5 - seems value territory to me. | penpont
20/1/2016 10:36 | I agree Steve. The whole market is just too jittery and short term to make any sense of stock valuations atm. Good news barely registers. Poor news is punished. It's as if everyone is just looking for reasons to sell or defer buying. As to "the bottom" you may be right but by the time you know it was the bottom, the share price will no longer be there. I think it's one of those times to sit on one's hands and stick with well run companies that are plugging away despite the wider doom and gloom. That said, I have no idea how this see-saw market is going to play out in the short term so trying to time the market is not worth attempting. Come back in six months and see where we are then? As ever, best of luck and good to know you are still here. | alter ego
20/1/2016 10:20 | Thanks Bob, same to you. Just so as to keep this slightly related to Stadium, I thought the update this morning looked quite positive. Stadium now looking pretty cheap. Of course there are plenty of others also looking cheap as well. Not sure that we have reached bottom yet though. Cheers, Steve. | stevemarkus

20/1/2016 09:52 | That's a reassuring RNS, in line with market expectations which I think is £4m pre and EPS 8.89 that's very good esp with a 2.7p divi too. Strong start to the current year also, looking very good to me ATB R2 | roofer2
19/1/2016 12:02 | OT - Hi Steve, yes good thanks. Belated Happy NY to you. Just wish I had more free cash in the ISA - a few other "opportunities" around. Good luck for 2016. | alter ego
19/1/2016 10:52 | I think there might be a trading update this week if not tomorrow if they consistent with previous years | cs41hk
19/1/2016 10:44 | Hi Bob, exactly what I did! Great minds etc... hope all is well with you. Cheers, Steve. | stevemarkus
19/1/2016 10:42 | Agree Spud, but it did provide the opportunity to move my holding into my ISA at a much lower CGT liability so once again, it's an ill wind etc. | alter ego
