10/5/2004 11:27 | we dont know how much we are paying fw for the 74%? | hirschnathan
10/5/2004 08:46 | Yes, I saw the fight as well & picked up on the comments about FW & SN. I'm not sure at this stage, that Audley can go all the way ! but I hope SOP can.(I hope Audley does as well) As it's a reverse takeover by SOP so we should see a good mark-up in the share price when they start trading again. However, med-long term, it should still be good due to the huge profits that can be generated by staging good matchs. (IMHO) LOL. | rcktmn
09/5/2004 23:13 | anyone watch Audley Harrison fight on BBC on Sat.. after he won he spoke about meeting Frank Warren last week re linking up with Sports Network and fighting a Russian heavyweight what could turn out to be the one big bout ..plenty of interest in Europe ..Russia and UK... FW'S Sports Network will of course be promoters of this fight ..if it goes ahead will be on sky .. Audly Harrison , when speaking to the BBC said he has another meeting next week with FW and if offerred the 'right' money he will fight ( a proper opponent) ... this is another example of the co becoming recognised as one of the leading promoters of boxing ..if this fight goes ahead it vll put sports network on world stage .. as this vll b one of the more interesting fights in the world this year..in what is a rather poor world heavyweight boxing scene | kantona
06/5/2004 16:34 | I spoke to ed simons today and he seems to be confident fairly shortly things will be sorted out. I understood that everything is arranged it just seem some red tape. What I understood as well, is that fw will get a majority stake, but there wont be shares available to the market, in other words these shares should rocket. | hirschnathan

23/4/2004 16:14 | just emailed this to adam .. in response to his email in march ... Dear Adam, since ur last email attached below, nearly approaching two months now , we've still not had received anything i.e circular or heard anything, in the past we have found yourself to be very good in responding to shareholders queries, however recently this has not been the case.. i know a number of other shareholders have also been attempting to get updates but to no avail. I do understand your and ur co are busy hence not possible to respond to everyone.. however in this case i think the we the shareholders have been patient ( for example we have not made any issue of not receiving the circular as you indicated that one was due to be sent out some time ago). I humbly request that some form of information is given either via email or better still via a RNS which would inform all as to the current position with the company. i, on behalf of fellow shareholders, look forward to your response. thx -------Original Message------- From: Adam Reynolds Date: 04/03/04 10:01:36 To: Subject: RE: sports and leisure group Thanks .... We should hear something i.e a circular which will be sent to shareholders in the next two weeks. All is progressing well with the transaction. Kind regards | kantona

01/4/2004 11:55 | Just spoke to Ed Simons. He's a very friendly chap and said that there has been lots of work to including ensuring minority shareholders are treated fairly. Also that he expected the share to return to the market in about a month, 'stronger than ever'. That will do for me! | justino
