Dusseldorf: Agreed a gamble buying today as if resolution not passed then betoff to money heaven !! However if resolution passed risk/reward (imo) a possilbe instant bounce - Pays your money take your choice - Not one for widows, orphans or newbies!

I have a feeling that it might not get cancelled from the market as it's as another party that will fund it. This been there biggest problem, when raising money from the market, there haven't got much.

Evil - tend to agree with you that 2p is achievable, still a discount to the much discounted placement. Remaining listed only has merit if there is an alternative white knight proposal using e.g. convertible equity from an as yet unknown 3rd party. After all maybe not everyone is happy that Woodford and Wales taking it private...
