07/9/2017 13:06 | MULTI BAGGING | falia
07/9/2017 13:04 | Fali>>> without the de-listing /funding vote, i suspect instant suspensions and administration, not 6p!!!! This is being funded at 2.6p and the share price is 0.8p. The main holders can buy in open market after whitewash vote tomorrow, or even make an offer for the outstanding shares!! With a whitewash/de-listing vote this could go to circa 2p | evil_doctor_facilier
07/9/2017 13:00 | NO CANCELLATION, BOOM TIME BACK TO 6P AT THE LEAST | falia
07/9/2017 13:00 | Am prepared for a private sojourn for a few years now... Picked a million up early this morning...so what will be will be.... | del44
07/9/2017 12:59 | Very nice comment Dusseldorf very intelligent analysis!! | evil_doctor_facilier
07/9/2017 12:56 | Wouldn't sell me anything more than 20k at .75... this is going higher it would seem.. Looks like the overhand has dissipated? | evil_doctor_facilier
07/9/2017 12:56 | Well...they have gone and nudged it back down again....:-) | del44
07/9/2017 12:51 | MM instantly moved up on my first nms 10k probe as per usual. | evil_doctor_facilier
07/9/2017 12:49 | The doc is minded to believe the white wash will get voted through and took a small 500k punt this am on recovery to 1.2.-1.5 p. Hit the mm's with 10k nms to move them up... they are trying to sell at .85 whilst alluding .8p its only 85 quid but they hate it. | evil_doctor_facilier
07/9/2017 12:38 | PUGUGLY - I left instructions with my nominee in favor of delist, but this has been hit and miss before as I leave things late. Todays volume of buys is irrelevant re:vote (as they cannot), I believe sufficient traction was gained before they announced to be able to sway it in favour and the wording re:alternatives means only the masochistic would vote against though I'm sure one or two will. I expect the proposals to carry through tomorrow and be RNS'd around 1/1.30pm. IMO SPHR 'could' be worth 5-6p+ in a few years via a private sale to someone with funds to continue the work, however, I am also aware of the risk that the concert party, since they will carry lions share of the vote, could dilute further at a price lower than 3p before that is achieved. I think that's unlikely though I'm guessing one to two years down the line they will look for a private sale - and perhaps discussions have already been had on that basis hence willingness to seemingly throw good money after bad. | dusseldorf
07/9/2017 12:31 | I voted for the resolutions.... Assuming of course the institutions that have gotten out don't vote either (they may have been on the book) then it still needs 75% of those that do vote to get cancel through... Apathy of course rules here now.... | del44
07/9/2017 12:14 | Dusseldorf - I take it you will be voting for ? Problem many PI's will be in nominee accounts and difficulty of getting vote actioned. | pugugly
07/9/2017 12:06 | PUGUGLY - It's a big gamble, be surprised if all the buying is PI's. I expected to see volumes like these AFTER the vote but not before as uncertainty remains of proposals being voted down - the concert party after all cannot vote(!). If proposals go through it's IMO worth holding delisted for a few years when the 'new money' is coming in at a 400% premium. Ultimately Woodford and Wales fund must see the long term value well in excess of 3p, or perhaps have some form of indication that someone is willing to buy them out should milestone 'X' be met. | dusseldorf
07/9/2017 11:54 | Another 2 * 1 million shares gambled - at 0.64p Wonder who is having a go. | pugugly
07/9/2017 11:49 | 100,000 shares cost £640 today. In July they would have cost over £8000. | barnetpeter
07/9/2017 11:45 | new blood on board would help sentiment here and maybe the old guard to get boot | sigora
07/9/2017 11:26 | 5.5 million bought today so far. The company is valued about as much as a studio flat in central London so 8 million funding ...if they get it all....is going to make the company cash rich. Last chance to make it work though. | barnetpeter
07/9/2017 11:23 | the buying continues | sigora
07/9/2017 10:56 | Woodford kept quiet about Sphere in the Telegraph article. How the mighty are fallen. | mr macgregor
07/9/2017 10:33 | 3% of the company bought in first 2.5hrs. Either it's speculators with deep pockets or those prepared for de-list and long term rewards. | dusseldorf
07/9/2017 09:56 | The teamsters said 0.5p, 2 weeks ago when it was 1.1p then 2p. 0.5p came now 2p will come. Hope this helps. | 1he warrior
07/9/2017 09:00 | I see 1m just bought at 0.64, bodes well for volume today. Let's not forget the vote is tomorrow (albeit buyers today cannot vote). | dusseldorf
07/9/2017 06:56 | Well said Neil Woodford: 'I'm right to be criticised. And I'm very sorry' | buywell3
06/9/2017 17:08 | all those 200k 500k blocks only means bots at workhope that helps | paul the octopus
06/9/2017 12:33 | I will be selling at 2.0p Hope this helps. | 1he warrior |
