10/7/2017 20:16 | Must be running out of money faster then I thought!!!.....LOL.. | del44
10/7/2017 12:51 | Sphere no longer presenting in London at Shares tomorrow due to unforeseen circumstances. I'm glad I didn't book a couple of advance train tickets! | cc2014
01/7/2017 16:02 | All our monitors on our unit are Phillips IPMS....they are the standard in most critical care settings....big step up in my view...but very possibly unnoticed in such a small market cap company, such is SPHR....Very under the radar.... Good luck with the prodding...:-) Bring the electric prodder this time...LoL...:-) | del44
01/7/2017 08:31 | Thanks Del, Wolfgang certainly sounds enthusiastic. I intend to go along on the Shares event on Tuesday 11th where Wolfgang is presenting (again!) and prod him for more details on sales progress. | timbo003
30/6/2017 12:05 | Philips link 'a huge step forward' for Sphere Medical - CEO Wolfgang Rencken 10:19 30 Jun 2017 Wolfgang Rencken, chief executive of Sphere Medical Holding PLC (LON:SPHR) tells Proactive he's hugely excited their Proxima 4 critical care blood gas monitoring system can now work with electronics giant Philips' IntelliVue Patient Monitoring Systems. The combination with Philips’ equipment means that Proxima's results can be recorded and displayed alongside other critical monitoring information, such as blood pressure, ECG, EEG, respiratory rate, cardiac output and temperature. | del44
29/6/2017 10:39 | This part of Wolfie's statement made me pause a little: "Many of our customers use Philips monitoring and data management system".Just how many customers do they have?I would have thought he could/should have said "one" or "a couple" given the sales info provided to date.If he had said "Many prospective customers..." that too would have probably been more accurate.Like I say - it made me pause to think....and also dream that perhaps the company was being deluged with orders.Cold reality though is that this was probably just an update to try and develop some steam in the market (presumably backed by the house broker and their city chums). They must be looking to raise capital. | longshanks
29/6/2017 07:42 | Good news this morning about the fact that Proxima can be tied in to the Philips system. Not sure if it is enough to justify the mark-up currently being indicated pre-market, but welcome news nonetheless. | longshanks
26/6/2017 21:57 | I have looked back at the last few years and they tend to give an operation update before the half year results.....so we may get some thing before the September...or perhaps we had it a few weeks back...Seems a bit pointless these presentations...unle | del44
26/6/2017 13:17 | Presentation on 11th July in London | cc2014
05/6/2017 18:23 | I agree....but the 200 dma is 8.69p....for it to have broken it today with over a 10% surge...shows momentum....... But I do take your point longshanks. | del44
05/6/2017 18:05 | FWIW - we are, once more, kissing the 200d moving average. I think it is too early for a rocket to be appropriate IMO as this is really just a technical correction following the fire sale that happened earlier in the year. Now we just need some decent sales news to give this the fillip it needs/deserves: Director buying wouldn't go amiss either. | longshanks
05/6/2017 15:19 | No longer on the launch pad? Could be a new orbit we are aiming for so!!!! | del44
05/6/2017 15:13 | This is the one I was looking for! <.... <.... | timbo003
05/6/2017 15:07 | That's right Del, I opted not to attend this year, 09.00 in central London was a bit too early for me, as I wasn't staying over in Woking on Thursday night. I'm not really moaning about the early start in this case though, as the directors attend all sorts of other events, so the AGM is not the only opportunity we are given to quiz them throughout the year Now where is that rocket on the launch pad animated gif? | timbo003
04/6/2017 18:36 | I don't think Tim went to this one this time..... | del44
02/6/2017 15:22 | I remembering years back....the idea was to sign a world wide distribution agreement with someone...and receive an upfront payment. We have heard no word on funding. Money to my reckoning will last till about end of September. The house brokers expect they will nee north of £7/8 million...excluding SVB loan. Today we have no news. I can only summarize that they have done their numbers and expect the share price to be materially higher in a few months time. Perhaps on the back of some quite positive news. There may still yet be a world wide distribution agreement with a big name for the rest of the world not covered. And no better incentive then to hear that the product is selling. The bottom fishing may well be over so..... | del44
02/6/2017 13:01 | Darn it - missed the AGM. This would have been one worth attending: plenty of difficult questions needed throwing at the BoD.Anyone here attend? Timbo? | longshanks
02/6/2017 09:11 | Longshanks: re refunding and dilutive share issue. I have been thinking that this is a distinct possibility also,so it could be a bad time to buy any more shares at the moment only to see them devalued by dilution. I might jump out if it goes to 16 pence and then wait for the dilution or price to fall back again and jump back in. | cinquepercento
02/6/2017 08:49 | Looking perky. The elephant in the room though is the fragile state of the balance sheet. With them at least two years away from break even, we will see a heavily dilutive placing in the near future because this company eats cash.Best scenario really would be a trade sale to a larger company at around 15p, but I suspect we will see a push for the share price to get back to 16p with them then raising £12m at 10p/share. | longshanks
24/5/2017 07:17 | Duplicate deleted. | cinquepercento
24/5/2017 07:17 | My break even is 13 pence so 14 pence in the short term would be very encouraging. I was tempted to buy more at 6 pence or so but I am waiting for 15 pence or so before I do. As a lot of people, myself included have said;we just need sales to take off. The product is good. It has been a long wait. | cinquepercento
22/5/2017 19:01 | Yeah 14p will require some rocket fuel but it was there a few months ago and the product is far more advanced than it was then | cc2014
22/5/2017 15:04 | Nice prepared rocket launch Tim...:-) | del44
22/5/2017 14:42 | Bought some more this afternoon. Looking promising for a short term rally. I would say 14p might be a stretch..,but happy if it comes out that way. | longshanks |
