I think if there was any chance of a low ball offer....they would not have agreed to issue CPS to raise funds...Having a two tier share structure in a private company does not allow for the issuing of shares willy nilly....
So it would seem to me (only my opinion) that Woodford is quite happy to have some private investors...especially as most of the main institutional investors have flogged off their holdings.....The concert party will hold most if not all the CPS in issue as well as a fair amount of the ordinary shares....

buywell3 - I'm not a day trader, but the price hype before general meeting was 'unexpected' (to me at least) and I knew once the result was printed in RNS i.e. delist going ahead, that short-term traders would panic/jump ship - so I sold into the rise the day before GM. Now I'm buying back at similar levels to prior the rise having banked 30-40% profit already, can't complain.

The stock I'm buying now I intend to hold de-listed, unless the price strikes 2p - or thereabouts.

Dell44 - I got the 75k at 0.7 yesterday. The 55k + 25k at 0.64 today are mine. I'll see what the price does before buying any more, still appears to be some recent buyers dumping so perhaps better prices to come (i.e. lower)...

Online volume is very limited '100' shares. I traded some out into the pre-egm spike, but now am back for holding delisted in my SIPP. I have an order pending for 75,000 at 0.75 but had to go to market, should come through shortly

Why would anyone buy here when it's going to delist. No matter how falia ramp's it you have your self's to blame by getting sucked in. If you you want to make some good money look in to AGQ as there lithium results will be out next week as they said. Silver on the up an also Lithium it's a steal with a mkcap of 2.5m.

The shares were 1p bid for a long time yesterday and I took some cash back myself at over 50% profit. That gave me some free shares and I am looking to buy a few more before the 18th. Clearly I would like about 0.5p and for them to move up again before the end but we will see!!

I am expecting a buyout here within two years and even if that is at 2p...well below the new investment price.....punters now will have made a great return. The product they have is first class it seems and Woodford has the funds to promote it.

Sorry for that that are holding from 15p plus.....
