I had to miss the rest of the trading day as I'm in Chiang Mai, but interesting to see the trades first thing this morning (9.00am here).

Dividend will be 30% of eps.......as far as I know Seymour P broker forecast of 6p eps still stands, first half will be lower, but they were 3.74p last year, so 3p seems reasonable and on target for 6p. Also no capital expenditure on telephones & london office closed will help.

The 250,000 was the sell, that has dragged the price down, as long as the seller is finished it should recover from here.

Sorry, a bit slow today...

Talking of pantos, at this rate the shareholders will end up with buttons...

Wig,

It's a panto type play on our previous exchanges!

Yes; supposedly the trade went though at mid-price when the price was 26.0/26.5, but I'm not convinced.

Well according to Barclays Stockbrokers the trade was marked as "Unknown" i.e. not identifiable as a buy or a sell. At that time it looks like the price was quoted at 26.25p - 28.00p so I'd say it was a sell (IMHO), but I could be wrong. Plus the fact the share price has continued to fall since that trade went through.

What do folks make of the 250k trade at 26.25p?

Directors have been known to get it wrong too!
Director buys are normally a positive sign for a company, but there are many examples too of when they have got it completely wrong! They (after all) are human too and thus not infallable! :-)

This recent steep slide does indicate to me someone knows something. Such a fall with increasing volume is worrying.

Presumably, we have a large SEll being filled. Today's drop is grim - almost 13% already.

Mu one consolation, as pointed out earlier, are the recent Director Buys.

Mostly buys - why down so much?

Is the holding statement an increase oir decrease? I can't find a previous one from these funds.

Looks good value on the face of it - problems somewhere?

Another thing the director buys at upto 44p were only circa 12 weeks ago, things haven't got that bad in twelve weeks to warrant 44p > 26p

I agree that they're potentially good value, although based on my earlier post it's difficult to pin down reliable fundamentals upon which to base a value.
Am happy to sit tight for now.

I agree, but to the extent that I think that is more than already factored in, as they have missed before. I think they are very good value at this price.

Outs,

I've been in for a while and agree with most of what you say, but SIN are making a habit of missing targets - to fail again would seriously undermine the Market's confidence in them.

bought 15000 at 27.95 & 28p

Profitable, paying off debt rapidly, even if they miss eps of 5.9p, I'd be more than happy for around 4 or 5p eps.

these went to 18p and bounced strongly to 44p

I think we are nearing the bottom for the next bounce.

Low P/e, dividend yield 5.5%, some growth.

Undervalued by a large margin at curren share price.
