Some interest again, that could develop into the second leg of the rise and then ready for a BREAKOUT

Nice timing. You're in profit already.

The directors bought at 40p last year and that looks to be where price is heading now, although the potential is there for it to go much higher than that.

Having done the paperwork for HL, I managed to buy 25k (online quote)and then 10k (fill or kill order) both at 28p this morning. Since then its been a lot more difficult. There's clearly not much stock about now.

Cheers, Martin

Those who missed out on the boat first time around are getting an nice pullback opportunity.

Price seems to have moved back on no volume. Although of course its possible that larger trades will be reported later.

Not that I can see. Nothing on their website either.

Price taking a well-earned breather today, offering those awaiting W-8BEN forms the chance to hop on board before the next leg up. Stock being offered at 30p electronically, in fairly decent size.

Does anybody know how much of that $10 million contract is reocurring revenue? Was it stated anywhere?

Great to see you joined the party here, i can see a recovery back to the 40p level for starters and maybe those directors will put their hands into those deep pockets.

The market is just waking up regarding the price here. It could quite easily double by next week!

Net cash=26.51p, share price=31p

So excluding cash, the market is attributing a value of 4.49p per share. With 37.2 million shares in issue that's a valuation of £1.67m. Crazy! Just £1.67m for a business that's brought in a $10m order and whose revenues for 2012 were $9.37m and growing at 26%. Gotta be some serious upside from here!

Interactive investor dealt with the shares for me without any form filling, but they said they were doing me a favour!!

Managed to buy 15k worth at 24p, but would have bought more if the market size was bigger.

I am happy to sit on these for at least 2 years.

No problems buying with barclays in a non isa account and they dont require any form. However they will not let me buy in isa account.

It seems to depend on the broker. Selftrade insisted on a W-8BEN as do Hargreaves Lansdown.

Once you've filled one in, it's valid for 3 years. It's a pity you can't complete them online instead of having to send them through the post.

Cheers anyway fella

Mirabeau - UK based investors can buy SPSY. I believe some brokers are incorrectly insisting that you fill in a W8-BEN. I have had no such problems with iDealing.
