Mirabeau - UK based investors can buy SPSY. I believe some brokers are incorrectly insisting that you fill in a W8-BEN. I have had no such problems with iDealing.

Why can't UK based investors buy SPSY? Is it some nonsense US tax arrangement?

Came back to plethora of posts and rising shareprice ;-)

Think you covered my simplified thoughts battlebus.
The key to the investment in SPSY is the recurring revenue streams that look achievable over a huge period of time as indicated via protean's email exchange with the CEO (thanks for posting protean). Value lies in the fact that the company should start delivering this long term revenue stream in the next 12/18 months as it adds further new business with the worlds leading banks.

Add into the mix that they are also developing the gaming security transaction market...and through acquisition now estimate having a 30% market share of gaming ICS (internal control systems) market.

With NAV of 34p & cash equating to 25p...these are cheap as chips with the developed iP & business effectively valued at nil.

Regards,
GHF

The share price shortly after the IPO was 100p. However future prospects are currently much better than they were when price was 100p.

The recent large order may prove to be the catalyst which sends price back up towards those highs. Certainly 40p looks possible for starters in the not too distant future.

A great day for share price today but this is just the start. The share price should be way over 40p especially taking into account the last rns confirming the $10m contract with G8 bank.

I think many investors missed the RNS on 30th July as it was issued under their other ticker SPSC for some reason and investors are only now absorbing it.

Expecting another cracking day tomorrow!

Hopefully the overhang has cleared and we will get back to the 40p the directors paid pretty quick.

Yes, a nice jump today, so it would appear that the seller has finished/stopped for the time being. Onwards and upwards.

Write up in trash can as valuation metrics have now changed:( Congratulations to all holders. Still value here but I will continue to watch from the sidelines (good news for all current shareholders!!).

Rainmaker, I already posted that link (see post 45).

Whats the catch I asked earlier. Maybe there isn't one. Just irrationally underpriced and a delayed reaction to a good RNS last week.

RM - the volume and price action of the past few days suggest more are beginning to see the value on offer.

The consistent volume over the past few days looks like the largest since flotation so this initial move up should have legs yet.

It really does appear to have been a completely overlooked share up until now for whatever reason.

Hi Protean et al-I just wish that Investors instead of dismissing this Company out of hand as yet another flaky, dodgy AIM listed stock would actually research the Founder and the Company. Look at the quality of it's CEO and it's Customer base which include two Central Banks.Furthermore consider the performance and the outlook for Company which is much better than it was at the time of flotation.

And 40p is what the directors were paying late last year. Presumably they bought expecting price to go significantly higher than the 40p they paid.

I joined the party yesterday after watching for months. Should go on a decent run when the seller is finally cleared. Be interesting to find out who it was. :-)
