11/2/2014 16:34 | Glad to be given the opportunity to get the other 80K shares that I wanted at sub 18p. Unusual for me to log on at the right time and for my broker to be very slow off the mark to put through a limit order of 80K at 19p. Nice end to the day. GLA | gary1966
11/2/2014 16:25 | Never heard of the pink sheets, stockonomist? Not exactly a regulatory minefield, so no, it's not likely to be about the "lax" AIM environment. | stewjames
11/2/2014 16:22 | I cant believe i paid 29p a few weeks ago. | fozzie
11/2/2014 16:18 | I'd believe them over you, yes. | stegrego
11/2/2014 16:18 | Another 10,000 for me at 18p. | fozzie
11/2/2014 16:18 | Would these guys get away with their b.s. in an SEC regulated market ? Are US capital markets so inefficient they couldn't list in their home market ? | stockonomist
11/2/2014 16:17 | and you believe a foreign AIM which chose to invest in the lax regulatory environment of AIM for a good reason presumably ? | stockonomist
11/2/2014 16:12 | Stegrego Its certainly a bit of a pain. I cannot see the sense of selling down here when SPSY have stated they had a profitable H2. Cheers, Martin | shanklin
11/2/2014 16:06 | Someone desparate to get out... They just sold 50000 at 14p when bid was 18.5p. Bosh, share price down 10% on the £7k sale..... Then 80000 go 4 x 20000 buys and yet the price stays down.... How does that work then? Now they are short 30000 shares yet price is 10 percent off. | stegrego
07/2/2014 19:29 | Few buyers coming in today... | diku
04/2/2014 16:09 | Looks like Hargreave Hale have picked up 500,000 shares for their discretionary account, taking them across the 5% threshold. Reassuring to see a familiar name on the shareholder list finally. :-) | hezza123
31/1/2014 07:52 | Many thanks Shanklin. | fozzie
31/1/2014 07:49 | OK, done. That's my lot. | shanklin
31/1/2014 07:45 | If you could send me it as well Please Shanklin, | fozzie
31/1/2014 07:42 | Many thanks, appreciated. | cockerhoop
30/1/2014 20:58 | Harrogate/Shanklin, Is it possible to get a copy of the note, let me know and i'll pop my email on briefly. Cheers | cockerhoop
30/1/2014 20:41 | Thanks Shanklin. | stegrego
30/1/2014 16:23 | Let's see. About 41m shares total SPSC+SPSY so market cap here at 19p is c. £7.8m Current assets less ALL liabilities at end H1 were $18.4m = c. £11.5m Might discount inventories a bit but only $1.3m anyway Add a bit for H2 profits £400k to balance that. Less $0.75m for inksure purchase, add back any assets etc. Less whatever litigation losses (max $1.27m?) Add non current assets £2.6m tangible So a bit of a Ben Graham job on the face of it. I wonder what sort of biz remains if the oft spoke of G8 bank fizzles out as a customer? Anything worth sharing in the broker note about life after today? | eezymunny
30/1/2014 15:14 | Thank you Harrogate | shanklin |
