Pat, they might agitate for a split and a sale or separate listing for part of the business as a way of unlocking shareholder value. I won't really worry too much, as the share price is surely going much, much higher.

Pat, I'm looking for the share price to multi bag from current levels and go to several pounds. The salient points are that Spectra Systems have a market cap of roughly £9mln(restricted and unrestricted shares of 46mln) and are the only participant in a market worth US1bln annually, that's US$1,000,000,000 with compelling cost savings.

There are lots of options given the cash pile and the various parts of the company, shareholder value number one aim.

Theres not a lot of info out there (that i can find at any rate), does anyone know much about Worsley? What are they currently invested in etc. Activists but ive never heard of them.
