Change of Name and EPIC
The Directors of Specialist Energy Group plc (AIM: SEGR.L), the specialist engineering group whose main operating business is Hayward Tyler Group Limited ("Hayward Tyler"), are pleased to announce that the Company's change of name to Hayward Tyler Group plc and change of EPIC ticker symbol to HAYT.L will become effective today. The Company's web address is now www.haywardtyler.com.
Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Chief Executive Officer, said:
"We are delighted to have completed this change of name for the holding company. It not only reflects the Board's confidence in the strength and future prospects of our underlying business, but will create a more unified identity for the Group - particularly with our global customers, employees, suppliers, stakeholders and the wider financial markets as we move towards celebrating Hayward Tyler's bicentenary in 2015."

RSP quote gives 22p bid and full offer of 26p. Definitely no sellers on the mms books at present.

Spead as quoted on ADVFN is crazy - 21 - 26p. MMs must be short of stock or can anyone confirm if able to buy well inside the spread

Positive and upbeat RNS today - looking positive for the future....

'The Directors are also pleased to report a strong second half performance as anticipated with a significant improvement on H1 profit before tax as a result of the steps taken during 2012 to improve operational efficiencies, significantly strengthen the balance sheet, reduce net debt and expand market penetration. Consequently the Company has performed in line with management expectations for the full year at both the revenue and profit before tax levels (for the underlying business). Fully diluted earnings per share is expected to be ahead of current expectations. '

Appears to be only 1k on offer at 20p on the RSP, due a move higher as soon as a few buyers turn up.

Had hoped to see more interest here after this update. This could be a great turnaround story. Good to see new contracts across the board and hopefully this will continue.
