Where next for this share?

So they had come banking challenges - if you believe the press, which small company hasn't?

What's next? Will they sort out their banking? Will they get a back-door buy out? If so, will small PIs be walked all over?

Or, will this got from strength to strength....??

isn't it diluted by another action undertaken and outined in the document. I.E. appear to pay 50p but infact only pay 25p

The concern is the larger holder could in theory take out SE for next to nothing later down the line! That is my theory.

can some kind person tell me how the new equity injection at a price more than 100% premium to the existing share price has not effected the share price positively.

Excuse my ignorance, MBE? "Via the back door", what do you mean?

And Solarno, I've never been able to decipher the code you speak in so for myself, any warnings you may or may not have give would have been completely missed.

Muted response to today's RNS, looks like some bad news regarding provisions etc tucked away in there however current low market cap appears daft. Anyone seen similar 'takeover' mechanisms in the past as MBE effectively seem to have control now.

From previous 'takeover speculation any views on other predators who may be interested?
