Thanks for posting LP. No mention about the difficulties in establishing new banking faciities that the board are working flat out on.

they are always over coming these problems and it never happens look back at the history ...same old story. They appointed a highly qualified Non Exec to sort these problems out and NOTHING NEW HAS HAPPENED

Given that they did (1.69)p in the first half it may be tall order to get to 6.00p for the year. The interims state how they messed up their procurement - and this cost them very significantly. The case for holding has deteriorated in my book from the interims. I get very scared upon hearing of difficulties in establishing new banking faciities.

likely oversold tomorrow on bid talks faltering....10x earnings in fy11 gets you to 60p anyway....as long as they say trading is still decent

Just made another small top up of 2,500 @ 70.5p and the price immediately ticked up 1/4p - if I keep buying and the bid eventually comes in they might have to pay a few pence more a share than they expect!
