Tidy What I am hearing from someone in the know is that Aftan could be the RTO vehicle into SMA.

Which might be why Giles Clark says "Our plans for the business may involve the pursuit of an acquisition which would trigger a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules." in the RNS.

Adds a lot of sense doesn't it... All three companies benefit from it -- Aftan, KenV & SMA.

Is that's why both Clark and Fraser each have 62.5 mill warrants at 0.1 p that are triggered upon execution of a reverse takeover by the Company ?

Folks are not necessarily buying at 0.33p. It is a MM trick to convince some folks that they have missed the train in the hope that some folks jump on at 0.33p before the price hits 1p.
