The Board of Directors of SMA notes the *further* movement in the Company's share price today and confirms that it *still* knows of no reason for the price movement.

The Board continues to develop its plans for the business, as well as seeking a partner to advance the Company's Mandiana gold project in Guinea, and will update shareholders when there is a material development.

something definitely brewing as they say no smoke without fire.
The board yesterday announces they know no reason for share price movement and here we are today with the price still rising and at what speed.
If you look at the directors that have come on board these are serious e guys especially Giles Clarke.

the whole point of this share is the incoming management, or should i say the new investors who have just bought in with a quarter of a million of their own money.

they are not some kind of slick venture capitalist looking for some asset stripping or other easy money, these two guys are top city investors with as good as Formula I records having already bought, 'renovated' and sold household names like Majestic Wines where a total killing was made in damn short order.

At last some movement, not meaning they have been slow, its only since December but if we get news on a decent reverse in of company, assets, work plan etc this is in the 3 pence mark i hope.

Squire, thanks for the rec here from the panr bb, your research looks spot on, I will be taking a closer look, In my my opinion panr is a top draw investment, but it may well drift lower before news arrives.
