18/7/2016 06:14 | Very nice appointment should do well for the share price ;-) | soulsauce
11/7/2016 08:52 | Should be, we have two of the best AIM businessmen involved here, Giles Clarkes CV is really top notch, Majestic Wines he made millions from, the same with Amerisur Resources ( and a lot more to come there by the look of things ) Pets At Home etc etc. His partner is involved with banking in a big way and they have put in half a million of their own money here since before last Christmas. With Gold on the up they may well be going into gold, but if you look at Ironveld, another of their companies, they didn't go directly into Iron after they bought it. What they have done is to go into speciality iron products including high purity iron powder as well as vanadium and titanium slag products. As a team they have a way of thinking out of the box which generates absolutely huge returns for them and for the shareholders of the time. Its starting to look like they are soon going to announce what they have been up to their last RNSs they stated they were in talks to improve the company...lets hope its soon. | squiresquire
11/7/2016 08:37 | Looking very good again this morning, the increase in gold price has surely increased prospects here. Hopefully some news soon. | soulsauce
08/7/2016 15:47 | sabre lets hope the mgt can magic up some good news then we will see it really move. | soulsauce
08/7/2016 15:35 | About two months ago this share shot up to .004 per share then came back to .0022 per share then a few weeks later it shot up to .0034 per share then came back to .0026 per share today it has shot up to .0033 per share. There must be a reason for the increase in price and when it moves it certainly can move. | sabre6
08/7/2016 14:30 | Perking up again. | soulsauce
06/7/2016 18:00 | There`s gold there in those hills | sabre6
06/7/2016 13:49 | Could be worth more than Barclays next week. | squiresquire
06/7/2016 12:25 | Decided to take a punt. | soulsauce
23/6/2016 14:22 | We havent had Clarke and Fraser before, and they hadnt put in 250 thousand of their own money, at least they are clearly working on the program that they have for SMA and by the look of it they are about to let us know whats going on, could be very interesting times ahead. | squiresquire
23/6/2016 14:19 | Only problem is that everytime it looks promising it takes a nose dive. Finger on the sell button as always and I end up holding because of the possibilities. | varrirob
23/6/2016 13:00 | something is brewing i hope, very nice | squiresquire
23/6/2016 12:55 | looking very good now!!! | colin12345678
23/6/2016 12:53 | If it closes out over .27-.3 i would think it to be very bullish. I would also take it to mean we are closer to whatever it is that Clarke and Fraser are up to being made public. | squiresquire
16/6/2016 14:39 | No it`s not MM`s playing games! | sabre6
16/6/2016 13:10 | If i was being cynical i would say that it is MM's playing games. The last rise ended up as a bit of a damp squib. | varrirob
13/6/2016 06:46 | Shot up is the word, when it moves it really does go. I suspect on forward looking news it will see off .5 almost instantly. | squiresquire
11/6/2016 11:18 | This is a share that you have to be patient with. As has been said these guys who have put money into the company are not idiots especially Giles Clarke looking at his other companies he knows all about oil exploration and mining. I can`t help wondering why the share price shot up to .40p the other month. No smoke without fire as they say. Watch this space. | sabre6
27/5/2016 10:43 | How long is "shortly"? | bigwavedave
24/5/2016 11:38 | excell Your last comment ties in with the shares they scoffed up at the last RNS or two. I am very relaxed with the situation given the people we are dealing with, or should i say the people who are dealing with the company on our behalf, they not only have an excellent track record but also dont have the usual baggage of of one catastrophe after another common to so many directors on AIM. These guys certainly mean business... quite literally. | squiresquire
24/5/2016 09:14 | I totally agree. SMA is now just a shell containing half a million quid and a mediocre gold prospect within a hell hole. Looks to me like a larger private company wants to back into this to get access to LSE funding to mitigate risk. The African assets held by SMA may or may not be part of that. I would expect a rights issue when it happens and we will be asked. | excellance
23/5/2016 11:01 | soul It may be they are looking at anther company altogether, in this statement as well as their last they have said, or more correctly Giles Clarke the new chairman elect, has said, that they are looking at an acquisition that, if they go ahead, will reverse back into SMA. That could mean any company at all, dont forget he carries a very impressive track record along with several quite major company successes. It is probably the case they need this shell to compliment in some way their other African interests. Time will tell. | squiresquire
23/5/2016 07:18 | OUCH!! Problem is who wants to invest alongside SMA in ebola central? Yes ebola is all but over for now but another scare along those lines would kill any explo. GLA. | soulsauce |
