Guys here's the dilution that shareholders of the majors can expect when the takeover of SOU completes at JP's £10 a share. The Sound assets are so incredible that:

Shell will dilute by 5% to acquire Sound (£10b Vs. £203bn market cap)
Repsol will dilute by 50% to acquire Sound (£10bn Vs. £20bn market cap)
Total will dilute by 9% to acquire Sound £10bn Vs. £115bn market cap)


We are so lucky to have these best in class assets. As soon as TE10 testing is done the market will see that we are worth 50% of Repsol. Just need that coiled tubing to get the £10bn secured, imo.

Mostly works, but doesn't completely work.

He'd still see the new post count. I'm usually the most recent poster, filterers can ignore a new post count of 1 with my name next to it, but then you see a count at 4, or 5, log in excitedly to get some of that sweet, sweet confirmation bias only to find...

DOH!

...all of the posts are by Manics! It's like the perfect troll of the filterers. Should be like LSE imo -you just don't see any evidence of those you have filtered.

The ADVFN new post count makes it sucky imo, because, on low traffic threads especially, the filter almost makes things worse.

Pity advfn don't provide a filter that simply wipes out the offender's post on my screen so that his attempts are not visible at all.
Such is advfn! Yet some threads are an example of savvy info/opinion sharing.

The company runs -no, that's not fair. The company has very heavy influence over LSE, imo. You'll see subjective posts removed and sometimes within minutes, as observed by numerous LSE handles.

At the YTD low here guys. Will that 0.5p make another appearance in the EOD UT auction or will we uncross at a YTD low?

Let the trend be your friend, imo. The closer we get to a supposed Shell/Total/Repsol buyout at £x per share the lower the price goes, and even retail can't keep it above 20p let alone the insti's and suitors who are supposedly clamoring to buyout SOU...

Ain't adding up imo.
