Ha. No, no. I do remember as it was so unique. I recall posters used to remark it gave them quite the shivvers! I don't recall which boards however.

...and also guys, basic fact checking here, yeah:

-what about the bit where I offered the landlord of this bb, steelwatch, a deal that would have seen my posts decrease from "hourly", to just once a week?

Not the sort the deal any employer of a paid basher would be happy with, amirite guys?!

-steelwatch sets the tone for this bb, not me.

Obviously it’s attention seeking behaviour, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t some validity to his comments.

Parsons has massively hyped this with wilful misleading comments.

Even my ignoring his timescales and adding six months have ended up well over Six month late and counting.

Now we’re getting a new angle on the ‘Are we there yet dad?’. Now it’s, ‘We’re nearly there son’

Only we all know we’re not.

Copestake: that's why I'm forecasting the trap door for the price.

Not nearly enough fresh meat coming into the grinder. It's like this weird stasis and the market hates that, imo.

One wonders who's going to be paying 50p, 100p or 1000p for these when next to nobody is interested at 23p...

HMRC: didn't you sometimes place an HMRC logo at the foot of your posts? I'm sure I remember you for that!

My MO:

-to leverage my expertise to saturate ADVFN with truth, without ask of reward
-to counter ADVFN chimpery wherever I find it

Blocker: define cheap. This travelled from 102p to 11p, I mean, how much cheaper could anybody want it if spending money to try and get it cheaper?!

..and my handle is older than the company! Ooo -I bet Repsol set my handle up twenty years up so that they could bide their time just waiting for the biggest takeover opportunity ever, and that's SOU, and now me and banks of Ukrainian and Indian bashers try with great desperation to pry shares from innocent PI's naive to the fact that the shares will be 1000p in a few weeks time.

It honestly pains me to see the chimpery play out on AIM share after AIM share, year, after year, after year.

"It was a buy.."
"Evil mm's.."
"Paid basher.."
"The FCA do nothing.."
"Buys after the bell.."
"We are so lucky.."
"Best in class.."

Also filtered. I feel he's a bit unhinged to be honest. It's sad. This board really isn't active enough with holders to make a difference de-ramping hourly.

Filtered long ago, clearly a paid contribution by someone trying to get cheap stock. You must have something wrong with you to do that!

Another virtually meaningless RNS - announce the details of the GSA when you actually sign the thing FFS!

It wouldn't surprise me if today's RNS delivered the trapdoor price action I've been forecasting. The teens cometh, imo.

Here's what the company had to say six months ago:

"Positive discussions continue to agree the gas sales agreement (GSA) for offtake which forms a key building block to support project sanction".

Six months later -"positive discussion is continuing, guys"!!!

Something of a non RNS?

Is it a teaser for a full GSA before the meeting on the 14th?

Is it a means of applying pressure to the Moroccan Government?

The GSA is a critical next step that Sound Energy and its partners require ahead of taking a Final Investment Decision on the development.

I sincerely hope this refers to a final Liquidity Event rather than a plan to produce!

GSA situation not going down at all well, even with the diehards on LSE.

Smoke & mirrors as to what's actually being "negotiated" and "false" expectations set by the company both on timelines and the actual agreement -not just pricing, but commercial fundamentals?

I did warn that the desperation levels were high. At 11p they rolled out the open investor letters and SOU funded research notes. They got 200% out of that.

Today's empty RNS (which we've seen before for goodness' sake) tells you all you need to know.

Sound Energy plc("Sound Energy" or the "Company") Update re Gas Sales Agreement Sound Energy, the Moroccan focused upstream gas company, confirms continued positive discussions with Morocco's Office National de l'Electricité et de l'Eau Potable ("ONEE") and the Moroccan Minister of Energy in relation to a gas sales agreement ("GSA"), pursuant to which The Minister of Energy has confirmed his intention that the GSA covers all of the gas to be produced from the recently awarded Tendrara Production Concession, onshore Morocco. The GSA is a critical next step that Sound Energy and its partners require ahead of taking a Final Investment Decision on the development. The Tendrara development has the potential to offer Morocco both a new strategic domestic gas supply source, thereby reducing its dependency on Algerian imports, and significant new gas transportation infrastructure in the East of Morocco connected to the Gazoduc Maghreb Europe pipeline.

It reads well, on the face of it. You can see why multiple posters here horrendously embarrassed themselves, victory dancing with unbridled glee at 07:00 that day, later buoyed with initial price gains during amatuer half hour on open...

..only to watch aghast as the price later fell over 3% on this news. Why did this happen?

The key line: "The Company has decided to utilise heavy duty perforating guns to maximise the gas flow rate and extra equipment has now been mobilised from the USA".

This tells us Shlum have taken one look at TE10 and said (through sucked teeth) that the only way to keep hope alive is to break out specialist kit. No it's not in country. It's not even on this continent. We have to bring it in from the US.

A reminder: it's not hard to drill and find evidence of hydrocarbons. What's hard is confirming moveable hydrocarbons with recoverability.

Any investor of calibre has to read inbetween the lines. You've got to complete due diligence, join the dots, and put it all together to get the full story.

Blindly regurgitating BOD rhetoric (especially on AIM) is fast track to the poor house, imo.

James Parsons, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"We set out last year to deliver an ambitious three well exploration programme to further unlock the Tendrara Basin and our second well (TE-10) is a discovery.

Following our initial post drill technical analysis, we are delighted to materially upgrade our net pay and provide confirmation of the multi Tcf potential of this well. We now look forward to addressing reservoir deliverability and hence commerciality with the well test. "

MidasX: the answer to that however is simple. It relates to the technical deep-dive just before TE9.

The deep-dive was all about allowing JP & BM to sleep at night. The cards were finally laid on the table. No Willy Wonka. No four figures -just the (comparatively) brutal truth.

"...it's not like we didn't tell them" -they can say as they lay in their beds.

You might remember JP saying numerous times (I think most often during the 'trading plan' big reveal) that he would "sit down with investors for a drink no matter the (LE) outcome".

One notably was during a presentation Q&A, on video (and YouTube).

JP's as good as his word. That's what he'll tell himself in years to come, imo.
