While we are waiting for news, can anyone shed any light on or express an opinion for the possible reasons behind the incorporation, on 21 Feb 2019, of a new private limited company, the details of which are given below.

Sound Energy New Co. Ltd No 11839292 ( a private limited company)

Secretary ;- AMBA Secretaries Ltd

Director :- James Parsons

Shareholding :- 1 Ordy share held in name of Sound Energy PLC

Principal Activity :- Extraction of crude petroleum
Extraction of natural gas

Could JP be considering taking Sound private perhaps?

Volume creeping up towards the end. We are likely to see an RNS Monday regarding JP exercising share options and selling some to make his holding 3.1 million.

-more volume at the bid, imo. Gotta be setting up for that trapdoor dump into the teens imo.

..and it's right to speak in the past tense, kasspass. This got picked this up last night on the LSE PMO thread:

"...without being overly hyping in a sound energy kind of way!!"

Interesting to see the broader investment community using Sound as poster boy for AIM hype, tripe and AIM shenanigans. Reminds me of QPP a few years ago.

The Liquidity Event already happened here, that's what mug retail bagholding chimps still don't seem to get. It took place when Parsons sold his shares. He executed his exit strategy (at a far lower price than he'd hoped for, I bet) as planned. He never intended or needed to sell all of them, only enough to make it a worthwhile profit. Plus he can net the salary in too.

Now he's just going through the motions so that he can sleep at night and perhaps not have to worry as much about disgruntled PI's imo.

All imo.

Sounds like Brian Mitchener hasn’t either.

The huge tcf number JP breathlessly spouted has shrunk enormously.

Let’s hope TE10 comes in. He clearly wants to get his teeth stuck into the other vehicles.

Hence the word "may" not pronouncing myself as an oracle of Sound or "i have the answer" like most on here.

1Westham, you choose to ignore anything negative, and and focus on that?

That's not exactly a balanced interpretation of all those posts.

Big buy after hours........

These posts confirm it for you when people have absolutely no idea what they're talking about.

He wouldn't even be able to consider why it's so embarrassing to post that. He doesn't understand the data he's looking at, or the established market process and mechanics which render such rhetoric laughable.

22.9p your end of day UT -4.8%

This knees up and the chimpery attached to it has cost somewhere in the region of £12m.

Now do you people understand my unapologetic crusade against BB chimpery, and the damage it causes through the setting of false expectations in relatively illiquid AIM stocks?

You've seen it play out before you today, imo.
