22/3/2019 23:14 | While we are waiting for news, can anyone shed any light on or express an opinion for the possible reasons behind the incorporation, on 21 Feb 2019, of a new private limited company, the details of which are given below. Sound Energy New Co. Ltd No 11839292 ( a private limited company) Secretary ;- AMBA Secretaries Ltd Director :- James Parsons Shareholding :- 1 Ordy share held in name of Sound Energy PLC Principal Activity :- Extraction of crude petroleum Extraction of natural gas Could JP be considering taking Sound private perhaps? | mikepearce45
22/3/2019 16:27 | Volume creeping up towards the end. We are likely to see an RNS Monday regarding JP exercising share options and selling some to make his holding 3.1 million. | copestake
22/3/2019 07:33 | Well lse has a great debate going on regarding sale and contingency share price I'm sure our RT will like to add some points, such as, no point or what's the point. | 1westham
21/3/2019 16:19 | 15:58:03 179,377 22.3 -more volume at the bid, imo. Gotta be setting up for that trapdoor dump into the teens imo. | manics
21/3/2019 08:20 | A nice summary of known news and a few spews from the resident troll. | 1westham
21/3/2019 07:25 | "Positive discussions have continued to progress the gas sales agreement ("GSA")... The Company expects to sign binding GSA terms shortly". | manics
21/3/2019 07:11 | £12m loss for the year and what do we have to show for it? A dream and a #tripledust. Just £20m in the bank. £240m your market cap ::eek:: | manics
21/3/2019 07:02 | James & Brian stood presenting at the foot of an upward ramp! Who'da thunk it?! | manics

20/3/2019 08:31 | ..and it's right to speak in the past tense, kasspass. This got picked this up last night on the LSE PMO thread: "...without being overly hyping in a sound energy kind of way!!" Interesting to see the broader investment community using Sound as poster boy for AIM hype, tripe and AIM shenanigans. Reminds me of QPP a few years ago. The Liquidity Event already happened here, that's what mug retail bagholding chimps still don't seem to get. It took place when Parsons sold his shares. He executed his exit strategy (at a far lower price than he'd hoped for, I bet) as planned. He never intended or needed to sell all of them, only enough to make it a worthwhile profit. Plus he can net the salary in too. Now he's just going through the motions so that he can sleep at night and perhaps not have to worry as much about disgruntled PI's imo. All imo. | manics
20/3/2019 07:35 | Sums up the rise and fall of sound hyperbole under JP.Genius. | kasspass
20/3/2019 07:31 | Sucks to be you, eh? | 1westham
18/3/2019 08:05 | And there's another... | 1westham
17/3/2019 21:59 | Another me me me virtual nobody trying to link a make believe audience to real life back slapping. | 1westham

15/3/2019 13:54 | Sounds like Brian Mitchener hasn’t either. The huge tcf number JP breathlessly spouted has shrunk enormously. Let’s hope TE10 comes in. He clearly wants to get his teeth stuck into the other vehicles. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
15/3/2019 11:34 | Hence the word "may" not pronouncing myself as an oracle of Sound or "i have the answer" like most on here. GLA | 1westham
15/3/2019 10:34 | 1Westham, you choose to ignore anything negative, and and focus on that? That's not exactly a balanced interpretation of all those posts. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
15/3/2019 10:20 | Blocker214 Mar '19 - 21:24 - 14444 of 14445 Big buy after hours........ These posts confirm it for you when people have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. He wouldn't even be able to consider why it's so embarrassing to post that. He doesn't understand the data he's looking at, or the established market process and mechanics which render such rhetoric laughable. | manics
14/3/2019 21:49 | Reading the LSE BB, we are going to learn a bit tomorrow! Tide may be turning Soundies. GLA | 1westham
14/3/2019 21:24 | Big buy after hours........ | blocker2
14/3/2019 16:42 | 22.9p your end of day UT -4.8% This knees up and the chimpery attached to it has cost somewhere in the region of £12m. Now do you people understand my unapologetic crusade against BB chimpery, and the damage it causes through the setting of false expectations in relatively illiquid AIM stocks? You've seen it play out before you today, imo. | manics |
