Had a quick look at the M&S website. A lot of pretty negative reviews of the Sosandar products from purchasers with a lot of those saying they would be returning the item.

Maybe customers are more likely to review when unhappy than when they are happy with their purchase???

And before you ask - yes I do hold shares in Sosandar.

Also says BOO might be taken private and that he lost a bundle on Joules.

Only significant thing he said about SOS was that its growth might be disappointing.

Paul Scott gives a thumbs up to Sosandar (25:45) in a Vox Markets interview although he says that H2 will be challenging.

Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Sosandar PLC (AIM: SOS), one of the fastest growing fashion brands in the UK creating quality, trend-led products for women of all ages, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and related Form of Proxy have been distributed to shareholders. The AGM will be held at 10.00am (BST) on Thursday 21 September 2023 at 2nd Floor, Springfield House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5BG.

The AGM will also be hosted digitally via a webinar. Shareholders can register for the AGM webinar via the following link:

Any shareholders who wish to attend the AGM in person should contact [e-mail]. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to register their attendance by Monday 18 September 2023.

Questions regarding the business of the AGM can be submitted in advance of the AGM to [e-mail] up to 9:00am on Wednesday 20 September 2023. The Board will respond to key questions during the meeting.

Shareholders should note that if they participate in the AGM virtually, this will not constitute attendance at the AGM and they will NOT be permitted to vote at the AGM. Shareholders wishing to vote on matters of business are therefore urged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy in accordance with the relevant instructions, so as to be received as soon as possible and by no later than 10:00am on Tuesday 19 September 2023. This will ensure that a shareholder's vote will be counted if a shareholder is unable to attend in person.

The mobile app and website now have a number of dresses and trousers available in 3 lengths. I'm not certain but believe this is fairly new.

It fits in with the TU comments about a petite range being introduced.

There's a page introducing the new app on Sosandar's site. But its currently not linked from the home page. Maybe they're planning some kind of launch event? Would be a good excuse for a publicity blitz.

Thanks for the tip oxford. I've downloaded it and it looks very impressive. I'm definitely not the target market but I suspect that the quality of the photography, the locations and the videos seem very high-end compared to other Apps even though the prices are not. This can only help the bottom line.

Very impressed with that app. Should have a very positive effect on sales - enabling as it does spontaneous purchases at any time in any place.
