Nick Mustoe, Interim Non-Executive Chairman of Sosandar, said:

"While it is in incredibly sad circumstances that I take this role, as Bill was a fantastic Chairman and has left a lasting legacy to the business, I am proud to have been appointed as Interim Non-Executive Chairman. I look forward to working with Ali, Julie, Steve and the rest of the Board as the Group continues to move forward on its journey to become one of the largest womenswear brands globally."

The report mentioned below is worth a read. It also gives estimates for each retailer for online for the next 2 years and SOS should do a lot better than most. Worth noting, and the full report mentions this a lot, is that going from being a pure online play to in-store as well appears to be happening at just the right time. Online sales nationally are only just holding steady and for many retailers are falling. People do like going to a store and seeing the merchandise.

Best performing online clothing retailer by a country mile, by the look of it.

Tide turning. News will be good as they consolidate their previous excellent market penetration with strong sales and more segment numbers.

3rd party will be stronger and a new international partner will send this skywards.

I think the fund raise was at least partly to buy the stock for the early Sainsbury's opening, so while the extra revenue is only for one month, it will hopefully still lead to trading at least being in line and perhaps a slight beat.
The effects of reduced consumer spending are a big unknown though

I just spotted this latest Sainsbury TU brand addition. Same deal. Sainsbury's will start stocking Little Mistress online and in selected stores later this year// The move comes a month after Sosandar signed a new wholesale partnership with the supermarket

Yes. No news, but it’s coming. Being the eternal optimist, I expect it to be good, but no so blind that I am ready for shocks.
