$7m cash figure, up from $4m marks a massive turnaround. SPE has some big blue chip companies on board who provide recurring revenues. 140p today

The convertibles don't affect the current value of the business much, they do ultimately reduce the upside to the shares. I feel that the current business has to be worth at least £1.40 and if it continues to grow they could be worth much more.

Am I right in thinking that there are about 7,300,000 shares in issue ?
I arrive at this figure by taking profits after tax of $1,131,000 and basis EPS 0f 15.54c. This gives us a market cap. of c£7m before allowing for the Convertible stock.

Bought in this morning after the impressive results, not sure why I didn't buy in after the last positive trading update.

Still looks undervalued even after this mornings mark up.

I note that the shrewder investors are already here :o)

Just seen the mark up then.Good stuff.Last director buys were at 82p(ish) so would be nice to see some more.This seems a very rare company especially on AIM.

I doubt this will go unnoticed mikeh30. Offer pre-trade moved up and management will pile in now the closed period is over, if past performance is anything to go by.

Very impressive results. Sales well up, margins increased, profit well up, cash well up, forward visibility well up. Congrats to Sopheon management, a stellar performance. Glad I'm in for the ride.

Directors increased their holdings at 82.5p. With profits set to beat market expectations this should be a no brainer.I am fully expecting a break through 100p for the results.

Bought some more today in advance of the results due on 17th next week. Too upbeat a trading statement to ignore and directors buying a while ago at 80p plus. Fingers crossed!

Thought it was time we had a new thread for Sopheon as the companies fortunes appear to be improving.Full year results are on the 17th March.

"In our interim report issued in August 2015, we highlighted a positive shift in the momentum of the business and we are pleased to report that this translated into strong performance for the second half of the year. As a consequence, we expect that reported revenues for the year ended 31 December 2015 will be comfortably in line with current market expectations, and that EBITDA and pre-tax profits will exceed current market expectations".
