This is what the company said in the last update. 'As in previous years, a further update will be provided in January 2020.' So it could be Monday, by which time the share price could be nudging £9.00.

well it seems to me that the update in 2019 was on 11 January but we had a TU in 11 dec 2019 so I suspect those expecting one today may be disappointed.

I bought a few a couple of days ago. Surprised it shot up so quickly, but felt it was inevitable. Such a sudden fall based on not very much looked like a handful (or even single) seller lightening up.

Today just shows what even a very modest amount of buying can do here - up £1.20 (17%) on buying of little over 20K shares and net buys of half that. Hopefully we'll get an encouraging trading statement early next week.

As stated already, last year's trading update was on Friday the 11th of January. Therefore one can assume that this year's update will be tomorrow.

FY19 contracted visibility had expanded to $28m (August: $25.4m). Seasonally busy Sept-to-Dec 4Q opened with a $30m pipeline of potential orders with FY19 close dates, almost half relating to SaaS multi-year deals. At mid-December, $9.9m of deals were potentially closing by year end, of which $2.7m related to licence revenue recognisable in the period.

I reckon a few deals have dropped into year end.

some would speculate some people know more information than others with regards to this company.

interesting how the share price fell before the trading update on the 24th of July 2019 and again before the trading update on the 11th December 2019.

even more interesting that the share price now seems to be going up before a potential trading update.

As mentioned earlier in this tread the trading update could be out soon. Last year it was announced on January 11th.Call me a cynic but I would guess certain parties have a clue that it might be good.This is only my speculation.

Seems to be some disagreement on what pe ratio is. I make it about 13 based on fincap fcast. Net profit 5m pounds, market cap 65m

Exchange rate now not helping and Brexit still uncertain. Order book size does not reflect the ARR involved so I think will not make any potential sales this year. Brexit on for another year at least
