The PE is 20 and the free cashflow multiple even less as their capitalisation and amortisation of R&D are pretty much balanced.

This and Microgen are the two cheapest software companies on a cashflow basis I can find.

Well didn't catch the top up on Friday at just below £9 but topped up at 937p. Buys showing as sells. Looks good value down here

Amazing swing today. 90 day trend shows each peak lower than the last and a downward trend. Now results are out what's the view on whether this is oversold and could pop up 20%. Still believe in long term prospects.

Am I missing something here: 90m market cap, 16.7m in cash and 6.4m PBT? Also a management that has generally been cautious with estimates and then easily beaten them? I'm adding but certainly wasn't expecting a retrace to this level! NT updates on Monday. LS

az4hr - lol don’t beat yourself up, set your strategy and accept. I first bought at 310 in 2016 on a massive spike and saw it retrace almost 30% and didn’t quite understand “why”. I built it into a larger position and saw that drag on my portfolio in 2017 with another +30% fall. Update in 2017 seemed naff and wasn’t really showing growth until last quarter. Have to play it wider and longer term and ignore the noise or perhaps try and time the sentiment imo.

Hi Tim, if you look at the YoY Basic vs the Diluted eps you will get a very different view! The shares in issue has leapt by around 30%. Or take a look at cash generated.IMO it is an attractive business and it's got a long way to go - but each to his own....... Plus the leaders/major shareholders are not getting any younger and must be thinking about their Exit.
