05/10/2023 09:00 | market like this news. I guess they see this as securing the next year for sdx | ![]() winnet
05/10/2023 08:56 | Fundamentally too cheap at these levels, cannot wait for the transaction to be finalised........up towards 10p... | ![]() chrisdgb
05/10/2023 08:56 | was the cost of the KSR-21 well 2 million bucks? Surely not! | ![]() winnet

05/10/2023 08:35 | SDX Energy PLC Contract (7423O) 05/10/2023 7:00am UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Sdx Energy (LSE:SDX) Intraday Stock Chart Thursday 5 October 2023 Click Here for more Sdx Energy Charts. TIDMSDX RNS Number : 7423O SDX Energy PLC 05 October 2023 5 October 2023 SDX ENERGY PLC ("SDX" or the "Company") SDX/CITIC GAS PREPAYMENT PARTNERSHIP UPDATE SDX is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 13 September 2023 where the Company announced a Gas Prepayment Heads of Terms ("HoT"), the prepayment amount of c. $1.9 million has now been received from DIKA MOROCCO AFRICA, a 100%-owned subsidiary of CITIC Dicastal, which is a subsidiary of Citic Group, a Chinese holding company with a corporate portfolio approaching $1 trillion. This prepayment shows evidence of a deepening partnership between SDX and CITIC Dicastal, which is the Company's largest offtaker and has an increasing and immediate demand for SDX's gas. The funds will be used primarily to pay the costs of drilling the KSR-21 well in Morocco. For further information: | ![]() tomboyb
05/10/2023 08:21 | Good news they have just received a large chuck of change, but more details would be nice. We have no idea about any of the terms! | ![]() winnet
29/9/2023 09:25 | Also not very clear, they state they agreed cln with aleph in first half of year but this was in july. They stated 2m will pay off loan have they put this in h1 accs as they had 5.5m loan in dec 22. | ![]() neo26
29/9/2023 09:22 | WinnetIs this the reason why they taking so long disposing it letting the cash burn. When they released the disposal rns they said "It is envisaged that the Disposal, if completed, would constitute a fundamental change of business pursuant to AIM Rule 15 - the consideration, as currently calculated in the Heads of Terms, will significantly exceed the market cap Consideration Test threshold."Mkt cap was 8m at the time and the mkt cap threshold would be 75% which is 6m. Significantly higher than 6m will likely be 10m pounds. The company know the figure and deliberately not telling the mkt. I want directors to buy shares but since the figure is not known these guys will claim they are in close period. Why would it take over 4 months for a large multinational operator to complete deal?I await the disposal. Aleph owes us one, they shafted shareholders by rejecting takeover and then on top of that they do a cln with 20% interest. | ![]() neo26
29/9/2023 08:49 | although Neo, the cash was just 3 million allowing for debt, so what figure sdx ends up with will be based on assets. My estimate, given the market cap test, is about 10 million USD. Lower than thought, hence the overreaction this morning, but still material. | ![]() winnet
29/9/2023 07:29 | Encouraging that the deal remains firmly on track... | ![]() winnet
29/9/2023 07:27 | Yes 6.7m.As expected my guess was correct.. i expect it to go for around 12m pounds.Will be like a new company. | ![]() neo26
29/9/2023 07:21 | There's 6 million in the kitty. They badly need to get rid of Egypt. | ![]() winnet
28/9/2023 20:21 | Winnet In morocco sdx has large acreage, at the moment they are managing to find pockets of gas to fill the offtakers. Im convinced they will find large resource just like prd and sou have. Also aleph willing to fund projects in morocco. With regards to H1 results, production and revenue likely down due to dollar issues. What will be interesting is the overall cash position as most is held in egypt. If they have over $6m then one can assume we will get good price for the assets. Revenue and production doesnt matter tomorrow. | ![]() neo26
28/9/2023 19:09 | I'm confident of a move up from here. Morocco is small, but a captive market with scope for growth. Egypt is being sold, but will be valuable to the right buyer. Production numbers will be lower than last year, but when all is said and done, it's not really material if some indication of HoT or sale price is disclosed. Would be nice to see a small special div following a sale of 15 million USD. even a few p per share would reward holders for being shafted so much. | ![]() winnet
28/9/2023 09:34 | Thats where sdx will concentrate.Egypt will be sold. | ![]() neo26
28/9/2023 09:23 | Good news in Morocco gas find will start pumping soon | ![]() tnt99
27/9/2023 15:32 | Mkt cap 7.67m. Makes a mockery.Jay and Gould promised new startegy to mkt imminently. Still waiting..Interims out within 2 working days.. | ![]() neo26
27/9/2023 15:27 | Crazy price whatever............ | ![]() chrisdgb
25/9/2023 20:31 | WinnetHow do you get 16p? Thats 32m mkt cap. It appears they had $10.6m cash in egypt in dec 2022. With sdx unable to take dollars out of egypt, what will the cash be this time round? If its still around that figure then $20m disposal is possible. Lets see... | ![]() neo26
25/9/2023 17:06 | i'm hoping that an Egypt sale will be 16p plus... so no, don't regret voting against it... | ![]() winnet
23/9/2023 15:26 | Who else thinking that 11p takeover is looking good now. Im really surprised they went back to get loan from aleph and that too with 20% interest. It was Aleph who destroyed shareholder value. They should have issued results by now, hiding and delaying to last minute is unacceptable. Also HOT agreement clearly has sale figure, this should be shared with market. | ![]() neo26
22/9/2023 16:24 | Egypt was a drag. Should have purchased another asset ages ago. I recall how i3e managed to pick up oil and gas asset producing 10kboepd for around $40m. Sdx could have easily done this. They did have ample of cash prior but was spent on high capex drillin wells in SD and Morocco. | ![]() neo26
22/9/2023 16:10 | This is what we are waiting for a new strategy, likely will be an aquisition on 2024 | ![]() neo26 |
