15/8/2019 15:39 | 10p by month end... | rumobejo
15/8/2019 15:11 | Indeed, that doesn't make much sense barring perhaps some more recently realised fatal flaw in the plan. | shakeypremis
15/8/2019 15:10 | Be amazed they want out now when they could have off loaded from 60p down!! | cwmwillis
15/8/2019 14:50 | If this is up for sale you have to believe that the offered price will need to be multiples of the current. I believe a takeover offer has to have 66% shareholders approval and there are a lot of very large shareholders miles underwater. If it is up for sale, it's Waha who are orchestrating that and they will now be underwater. They only control 19% of the company Ingalls and Synder control another 18% or so. Even if they are both in favour there's still another 27% of shares to vote in favour. | shakeypremis
15/8/2019 14:43 | If they do it better be after SD has been hooked up other wise we have all been robbed!! | cwmwillis
15/8/2019 14:21 | Im almost convinced this is going to be taken over.Won't be surprised if company puts sdx for sale just like amer... | neo26

15/8/2019 08:49 | 5p by the end of the week | pjj71
15/8/2019 08:41 | single digit soon. | deanroberthunt
15/8/2019 07:19 | Need news confirming second milestone reached by target of mid August. | greenrichard
14/8/2019 16:11 | Spill the beans then!! | cwmwillis
14/8/2019 15:44 | 10p is coming... | rumobejo
14/8/2019 15:43 | you will know why by the time it comes... | rumobejo
12/8/2019 13:22 | Rumobejo, why? I concede that it can definitely get that low if there's manipulation, PI's continue to dump without significant institutional buying. But why else? It will be valued at cashflow - possibly even cash in a year or so - or less with an enterprise value of US$13m (probably less as cash may well start to increase soon as CAPEX spend on SD is apparently finished). SDX's earnings are in dollars too which have greatly appreciated versus the pound. This current valuation is ludicrous enough, let alone a valuation at 10p or US$24m market cap. | shakeypremis
12/8/2019 12:52 | 10p coming... | rumobejo
09/8/2019 10:03 | Not long until Mid August and the arrival on site of the CPF, I see this as a major test for the new temp. CEO. Can he deliver or is he just like PW. Here's hoping | thomas11
07/8/2019 13:50 | 16 handle on a quote to sell 35,000 shares or more | shakeypremis
01/8/2019 16:41 | Shakeypremis, just that AXA Framlington are pretty good fund managers. | tli8jaguar
01/8/2019 13:38 | Yep, saw that too. No one ever seems to bother notifying when it comes to SDX. | shakeypremis
01/8/2019 13:33 | That Morningstar page is also stating that River & Mercantile have reduced their holding from 6.45% to 1.92% If so, that should have been disclosed as well. As of 30th April 2019 according to SDX | greenrichard
01/8/2019 13:31 | We should get a TR-1 notification for this at some point shouldn't we? Over the 3% reporting threshold. | shakeypremis
01/8/2019 13:29 | tli8jaguar, what do you mean? I seem to remember them holding SDX shares in the past. Maybe it wasn't the same fund but definitely the same institution. | shakeypremis
01/8/2019 13:24 | AXA Framlington UK is quality. | tli8jaguar |
