Needless to say, if I double up or so on these positions bought in the teens and mid-twenties I'll likely have to sell them. There's a hell of a long way to go to get back up to the highs we saw before (if indeed they are ever seen again) and it almost certainly won't go up in a straight line. The way this share trades and the number of people that are underwater (essentially everyone who's ever invested lolol, given we're at an all time low) there will be selling at every level. There will be trading opportunities if one has the stomach.

its for individual investors to decide, 10p a share is a mkt cap of 20m. :-)

PW has gone he was over optimistic will timelines, oil and gas is being produced. Further 3D seismic has been done in both Morocco and SD , Egypt (not cheap), plenty of new targets for gas and oil.

Fact is they are producing 3700boepd.

600boepd is gas in morocco which gives excellent returns, over $10 per mcf, resulting in over $17m net in sales.

Gas facility in Egypt is nearly completed by Jan 2020 SDX will be producing over 8000 boepd.

This is not a dodgy company they have 2p reserves of 13mmboe, if you value one barrel at $5, that alone is worth $65m just on reserves. Company is producing and has infrastructure.

Bygones are bygones and now at these levels we have a company which had no debt and is heavily undervalued.

CHALLENGE for the haters: name another company on aim which is valued at 37m, no debt, 3100bopd production and also producing 4.3mmcfd sold at $10 per mcf, owns a pipeline in morocco, currently installing a pipeline in egypt to transport minimum 50mmcfd from SD find, has 11m in bank, has 7m in receivables to get.

JUST ONE COMPANY!!!!!!!

Shakey

It was cheap at 30p, and again at 25p and yet again at 20p. At some point it might be cheap at 15p or even 10p.

Problem is that a reputation for dodginess and for disappointing investors can stick for a very long time.

I bought some at 18.7p this morning. Against my better judgement due to the size of my holding but geeze it's cheap.

I heard that Mr. Pinocchio's hotdog business is not doing well either.

I also heard that Mr. Pinocchio had a plastic surgery to apply for a new CEO position SDX recently posted.

Haider, there is large upside here if management can finally execute. Now that the SD infrastructure has been largely built and paid for, any extra gas finds they make in the area can be tied in for not all that much compared to the cashflow they'll generate. Will they find more gas? Who knows but based on previous success I'm certainly willing to wager that they will and they'll be able to sell it by the sounds of things too.

Morocco however is a little bit of an unknown, if the demand there doesn't materialise we could never see sales greater than say 8mmscf/d. It would still be a very profitable business and further drilling would STILL be justified. Economic gas reserves are valuable in their own right and they would mean SDX could ensure certainty of supply for many many years. They could also decide to do something else with any larger gas fields they might find, like build a bottling facility for instance. They can sell that stuff for $18/mcf and there is a clear market it out there for it.

It all depends on whether management can actually execute and whether this company doesn't get taken out on the cheap.

I don't know if someone large is selling out but the volume is pathetic. There are clear shenanigans going on regarding significant holding notifications. They just don't bother notifiying. I seem to remember last year or the year before some HNW picked up a lot of shares and didn't notify for a very long time afterwards. Same thing could be happening again, either selling or buying.

Someone wants out of this and the selling could drag the price further down.I was tempted at 22p but did not get in.Still watching.
