01/8/2019 12:58 | AXA Framlington UK Smaller Companies Acc have bought 6,320,331 shares (or 3.09% of the company) recently. It appears that there were net sells from funds/institutions in July but only to the tune of about 900,000 shares. Not a whole lot. Will this holding be reported to the market at some point??? hxxps://www.mornings | shakeypremis
29/7/2019 15:48 | deader than some dodo's | deanroberthunt
26/7/2019 16:58 | Rumobejo, that is pure conjecture. You could of course end up being right, but it is still conjecture. I still maintain SDX could have done a financing at a much higher price than today had they so wanted, certainly not on their own terms, you are right, that's not how it works, but on much better terms than today's share price. They also haven't used the debt financing yet. It's from the EBRD on better terms than they'd get from a private bank. | shakeypremis
26/7/2019 16:16 | The purpose of the Capital Reduction is to restructure the issued share capital and reserves of the Company and to create distributable reserves to facilitate the payment of future dividends, when it becomes commercially prudent to do so. | greenrichard
26/7/2019 09:53 | Your argument that they couldn't get a placing away at a higher price is nonsensical. On AIM so many trashy companies can do placings and they always get filled. If they'd wanted to do a placing they could have. | shakeypremis
26/7/2019 08:59 | no need for clues, the capital restructuring to lower nominal to 1p said enough, it is a question of when not if | rumobejo
25/7/2019 15:44 | Rumobejo, have a guess. I'll give you some clues. 1. You know they are spending a lot on CAPEX 2. Cash is reducing despite good revenues .... | shakeypremis
25/7/2019 14:28 | if there is much revenue why they still running at loss with no profit? why the debt facility if revenues covers capex? | rumobejo
25/7/2019 07:53 | Not comparing like for like rumobejo. The capex you quote is FY, the cash on had at end of H1. Plus you seem not be assuming any production revenue! | greyingsurfer
24/7/2019 23:23 | and allow me to direct you too to the recent update rns where the capex figures provided below is copied "AS IS"https://www.inves | rumobejo
24/7/2019 23:18 | maybe they tried that and there was no takers hence the funding via debt facility in place for the time being hoping that by year end when appraisal results comes out good they might get a better price, and if not then the nominal won't stop them doing a low ball placing to payoff the debt facility and raise more for capital expenditure etc | rumobejo
24/7/2019 22:55 | Rumobejo, allow me to direct you to page 13 of the July corporate presentation; "No cost overrunsto date. Remaining gross capex of US$7.3 million (net to SDX US$4.0 million) will be funded by a gross US$5.9 million AR offset and US$1.4 million cash." So net $700k capex left for SDX to spend from cash in SD. hxxps://www.sdxenerg Now the capital restructure does concern me given the strange goings on with this company, but if they did the restructure to get a low ball placing done why wouldn't they have done a placing earlier with a higher share price? | shakeypremis
24/7/2019 22:38 | ISA and SB are tax free, didn't you know?still after cashflow? or capex? any concrete enlightenment! | rumobejo
24/7/2019 21:41 | Hope you do a better financial job on your tax return - assuming you earn enough to have to complete one. | greenrichard
24/7/2019 21:25 | so if 10p gives it £20m mcap + $10m debt yet not making solid profits then maybe 10p is too generous, how about 5p? or 1p nominal value!!! | rumobejo
24/7/2019 21:22 | adding to that the recent capital restructuring to lower the nominal value to 1p from 20p, what does that tells you?!!!"As a result of the Capital Reduction, the nominal value of ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company is now £0.01 each. There has been no change in the number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue." | rumobejo
24/7/2019 21:17 | FY 2019 Capex guidance is unchanged as follows; *South Disouq US$35.5 million (gross)/US$19.5 million (net)*Meseda/Rabul US$5.4 million (gross)/US$2.7 million (net)*North West Gemsa US$4.0 million (gross)/US$2.0 million (net)*Morocco US$14.0 million (gross)/US$12.0 million (net)19.5+2.7+2+12~= | rumobejo
24/7/2019 18:37 | cashflow 40m? where you got that from? what about capex? | rumobejo
23/7/2019 08:35 | Given the very minimal projected remaining spend for capex for SD from cash was announced to be about 700k net to SDX, cash at bank might actually start to rise again. | shakeypremis
23/7/2019 08:31 | Christ we need didn't think it would get close to the current price. Anything is possible. Assuming what we think we know about the company is true then 10p would just be an even more ludicrous valuation. | shakeypremis
22/7/2019 20:59 | 10p is mkt cap 20m. Cashflow is over 40m.So i dont understand your reasoning.Its debt free with 11m in bank and 10m overdraft available. | neo26
22/7/2019 17:14 | 10p coming, it is all written over it! | rumobejo
22/7/2019 16:19 | Same old story, one big fiddle. | tli8jaguar |
