17/4/2020 10:57 | Ntbb We wont hear anything until its too late Now is the time to hold add if you can because when the news comes it will be to late . One day we may wake up with an offer on the table . Game over if you are not invested . Yesterday pushed the possibility of the Barricks and other global players striking while our share is depressed i am sure they know more about us than we do . All we can do is make sure when the offer comes we hold share | ![]() mknight
17/4/2020 10:56 | 40k buy at full price | ![]() ntbb
17/4/2020 10:51 | This will fly sooooon. Very minor tree shake. Don't get tricked into parting with your shares. | ![]() mam fach
17/4/2020 10:50 | At least our directors hold alot of shares so they would want the best intetest | ![]() ntbb
17/4/2020 10:47 | Hopefully Bhp will have time to digest the rns and maybe speak out on monday or barricks gold as nick mentioned they want these type.of mines | ![]() ntbb
17/4/2020 10:34 | It is apparent that sometimes a little knowledge is dangerous. The resource is known and somehow an indivdual can talk herself into knots and make it all seen impossible. Get to the point of thinking who would actually want this? Laughable. | ![]() greenelf
17/4/2020 10:31 | DD, your comments would imply that SOLG should trade at a price that never varies until all the other variables are known. Clearly, a rather fuzzy picture emerges over time giving an indication as to the true value of SOLG. The picture is informed by events such as yesterday's RNS. It may not be the most important piece of information but it remains significant for this phase of development. | ![]() lowtrawler
17/4/2020 10:20 | Much higher than what ? Lt We don't know the figures - whether before or after. SOLG's value will be determined by factors many times more significant than an adjustment in the terms for a minor part of production many years in the future when absolute cu and au prices are completely unknown. The only news significant enough to move SOLG's shares very much would be major moves in Au or Cu, a major improvement in irr in the BFS, or Newcrest BHP, or CNR flipping their shares into some sort of deal. Anything else will be as of tinkling brass - of no import whatsoever. | ![]() dozyduck
17/4/2020 10:20 | I'm at the limit of my risk appetite for SOLG at the moment. I have a little over 350k shares which will make any success worth celebrating. I know a number of contributors on here will have considerably more but I am at my limit. Happy to hold longer term but I'm still baffled by the weak response. | ![]() lowtrawler
17/4/2020 10:11 | Lowtrawler you are right and we should have been alot higher than this but it sometimes takes time . My guess is we will rise most days now .take advantage of what you know while you can as these prices wont last long imho | ![]() mknight
17/4/2020 10:06 | DD, don't deny anything in your post and, in fact, I said many of the same things earlier. The key to me is that the indicative pricing is better than PEA and the terms from the providers are better than average. These factors should have been enough to push the price much higher. | ![]() lowtrawler
17/4/2020 10:06 | Correct competitive rates . Should be back to 20p real soon as the buyers dont want to be out as the price slowly rises . | ![]() mknight
17/4/2020 10:04 | The point duck misses are that the offers are at better rates than assumed in the PEA. Competitive! The rest is thus just blather. | ![]() greenelf
17/4/2020 10:03 | I find it hard to believe with bhp 15% stake in solg and newcrest 15% that they will be a minority shareholders, it's just does not make sense specially given bhp paid upto 45p a share | ![]() ntbb
17/4/2020 09:56 | Mamfach rns also mentioned copper will be used for anti bacterial materials, we are also in the bio tec lol | ![]() ntbb
17/4/2020 09:55 | Have NC and BHP misplayed this?? Not much point to their respective investments now (other than investments). Or are we till going to see a ballsy play from? Time is running out. This will not be cheap forever.. | ![]() greenelf
17/4/2020 09:55 | Dozy duck Extremly competetive rates .... | ![]() mknight
17/4/2020 09:53 | Buys coming through thick and fast | ![]() ntbb
17/4/2020 09:53 | Investors prefer biotechs at the moment with any connection to covid-19. Thinking they will make their fortune. Time will tell. | ![]() mam fach
17/4/2020 09:50 | What you have missed Lt is that this is NOT news. I mentioned myself some time ago that NM would probably be looking to streamers (aka refiners/offtakers) for initial cornerstone funding. Its the usual way to go and only provides some 10% of capex and start-up costs. And what you have also missed is that savvy investors go for the streamers (SAND, RGLD, WPM, FNV - all US/Canadian) because they are FAR more profitable than goldies themselves. Why ? Because they have start-up miners by the balls. Without them, the start-ups can't get going or attract other funding, so they have to pay eye-watering effective interest rates or give stupendous discounts on market prices, while the streamers get first call on production so bear little production risk. And given that Alpala might well be a major source OF COURSE every single refiner/offtaker and his dog are going to "express an interest" and '"Offer funding" which they will get from the streamers one way or another. If you look at the streamers' histories you'll see that they have attracted far more investment from institutions and pi's than has the rest of the mining sector combined - because they are so much more profitable (and reliable) | ![]() dozyduck
17/4/2020 09:50 | Alot of buys going through now above mid price | ![]() ntbb
17/4/2020 09:47 | ntbb, I suspect any distressed seller was taken out before now. Most likely it's just bots, or it's being shaken to get stock for a big order? | ![]() lefrene
17/4/2020 09:45 | Ntbb Highly competitive is the key . We will move up that i am sure . Bit of fear today once the buyers start i think we will move really quickly as they rush to get back in . NM talking to red Tuesday Not about the weather | ![]() mknight
17/4/2020 09:45 | Only thing I can think of is perhaps we have a distressed seller | ![]() ntbb |
