If only one knew what Nick Mathers strategy was! Sitting on massive amounts of drill results, and failing to sort out the Cornerstone situation, presumably the two things are connected? For a country that says it's committed to mining, it's strangely slow to issue drill permits, unless they have been waiting for the court case to reach a decision? With no positive news flow it's small wonder the price is on the floor and drifting by slivers downwards.

Why buy ?

If BHP and Newcrest are funding it between 30 and 35p then its a 50 percent profit... if they are not good news will come out with a placing at 22p .

These things what ministers say, beenx nothing, general election within 16months, all could change, anti mining government in tge waiting, and that would be the end of solgold, anyway testing 22p bottom levels, cant see it holding this time, with a placement with possible 20% dilution, why would you buy now.

You'd have thought that a good outcome from that court case would have had a positive affect on the price! A major barrier to exploring those rich gold prospects has been removed, and people sell? There's no reason now to sit on those drill permits.

Thank you pob69, common sense not to kill off the golden goose, but of course common sense is a rare thing. Perhaps now Solg will swiftly get those drill permits and some progress will be made.
