28/12/2017 13:57 | Just added 44500 at 28.1755p | gersemi
28/12/2017 12:22 | Caught me there alwaysevolving :¬) onedb1, none too sure that I'm "right", the persons that's 'right' is the one with the chequebook who steps up and buys either a proved-up tenement or the whole thing. I just want the cheque to have enough room for at least ten noughts :¬) It is going to take time though. That MRE when it arrives is just the beginning of the beginning. | lefrene
28/12/2017 12:01 | Lefrene, you are right , obviously as I wrote the valuation is huge and I'd be happy with multiples of my predicted value. | onedb1
28/12/2017 11:37 | Hope it does go past 60p this year Lefrene. That would be fantastic however they only have three days left to make that happen! 😉 | alwaysevolving
28/12/2017 10:43 | onedb1, Cascabel alone has more than $50 billions worth of copper, and quite likely given the other skilfully chosen 76 tenements there will be half a dozen more Cascabels. Which in my view makes Solg as a whole worth a probable $10 billion or more. So I'm afraid 60p won't do it for me, but it will be good to see it go past 60p this year.. | lefrene
28/12/2017 10:36 | But am probably wrong as the NAV of this mine is probably a multiple of 60p | onedb1
28/12/2017 10:35 | With Copper doing so well the majors will be looking at this resource and realising that a) its huge and b) they either get in soon or pay even more later . I'd be happy with 60p plus | onedb1
28/12/2017 10:32 | SOLG should be a top share tip for 2018. Pity price has fallen back from all time high. Sure we will surpass this soon. Hold o to your shares folks! | mam fach
27/12/2017 20:50 | Yes copper circa £5,500 a ton, makes Cascabel a prize worth having :¬) The rest is in for free. | lefrene
27/12/2017 15:18 | touching 12 month high on Copper Good time for an MRE ;o) | onedayrodders
22/12/2017 17:20 | Good to see copper and gold nudging upwards, perhaps Bitcoin is being dumped for something real? As for the MRE, they might as well leave it until the big guns get back from their ski resorts about the middle of the second week of January. Been late twice before, why spoil a track record? | lefrene
22/12/2017 12:55 | NO , Delivery this week . | mknight
22/12/2017 12:21 | last tradin days of 2017 27th, 28th and 29th innit? news comin before year end wot they said | fsawatcher
22/12/2017 10:12 | Not changing their spots then! | lefrene
21/12/2017 12:29 | It hasn't happened yet! They have been late twice before. Will they release tomorrow or are they waiting for the TSX to open before releasing? 16:45 Evidently not. Tomorrow? No idea. Will the MRE be up to reflecting that mooted 10 million tons? Again no idea. Small wonder the share price is where it is., | lefrene
21/12/2017 12:19 | Strange time to release the maiden mineral resource . The last day of trading before christmas, Must be good news only a PIG would release bad news on this day and ruin every holders christmas . | mknight
20/12/2017 11:43 | You would think onedb1, at least there have been a few more trades this morning than lately. Nice finding all this copper, now we need to find somebody who wants it! | lefrene
20/12/2017 07:39 | Ø Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for Alpala remains on track for delivery this week !!! Good news here ! Should be getting a lot more interest | onedb1
19/12/2017 17:37 | ODR, All depends upon how much copper is confirmed, but my back of envelope figures suggest we need 4 million tons of copper confirmed to equal todays share price based on a 2% in the ground value, £5000 a ton and $ = 75p. That of course completely ignores everything except Alpala. | lefrene
19/12/2017 15:15 | "I'm guessing the MRE is already in the price" hope you're wrong but suspect you are right :O/ | onedayrodders
19/12/2017 12:58 | I'm guessing the MRE is already in the price ODR, unless of course it dramatically over or under shoots the figures bandied about by Solg. There are of course those 'bought' shares that have another 3 months to go before they can be openly traded on the TSX, though I suspect they have already been 'traded' via other instruments. The main benefit of the MRE is that it should put a floor in, which looks like 25p? Then perhaps with quarterly updates as more finds get known and proved, there is a chance of market value improving. At the moment the market cap is circa £460 million, pretty impressive for a company that is spending money at circa £1 million a week, and is talking its own book. It will take a mining deal here before the substance of value can come through. I do wonder how much money China puts into Ecuador, I'm sure they will have their tentacles in there somewhere, the Chinese will know all about the value of the metals hidden in the jungle. | lefrene
19/12/2017 12:19 | annoyingly chart still within downtrend ...hope the MRE can at least break that cycle | onedayrodders
18/12/2017 12:45 | Thank you alwaysevolving, but alas it's not "in depth", it's a light skim at best based on the utterings of the Solg PR machine. The long awaited MRE will be the first official assessment of Solg assets, albeit a very small part of those assets. If par for the course of a speccy prospector, it will come in late and short of the puffs from the PR dept. I would like to be wrong, but I suspect that prospectors do not under promise and over deliver. | lefrene |
