Not much buying. Solo overlooked again. Lets say 450 bopd from Portland, at 10% to Solo, is a nice 45 bopd. This is just for starters. The deeper Kimmeridge will flow a lot more.

Great news for Portland oil. Flowing naturally to surface at 228 bopd and on pump with a less than 1/2 inch choke 352 bopd. High quality oil 36 API. Open up that choke and will get 500bopd.

$15 million (includes 3D seismic for full field) to get 40 scuffs into production and producing $12 million a year nett to solo with their 25% holding

"Solo is in early stage discussions with a major bank on the provision of project financing for the development of the Ntorya field from completion of the planned Chikumbi-1 appraisal well until the development reaches at least 40 million standard feet per day ("mmscfd")."

Much easier to get a loan when,

1.0 Dear bank manager the Arab Zubairs have committed to spend $110 million on full field development.

2.0 The project payback is less than 2 years production based on the 40 scuffs per day initial target.

This will be red by the end of today, AEX is hitting another 52wk low, the only good news is the departure of NR, his legacy will take a long time to put right.
