14/6/2018 13:54 | About time directors bought loads more shares imo. Get something going and create some interest. Surely at this price the only way would be up. | whoppy
14/6/2018 13:10 | Is this not big news?. 150 days of flow testing confirming production and reserves and revenue. | whoppy
14/6/2018 12:56 | Suddenly we have oil news and oil production rates coming, which can only be good. Surely this is too cheap, at this all time low. | whoppy

14/6/2018 08:58 | Shareholders meeting with the BOD today. FROM the LSE forum. We have just short of 9% of total shareholders listed with names, holdings and e mail addresses. Great if we could break the 10% before the meeting. so please feel free to email me soloegm123 @ gmail.com with this information We also wished to flag that we will be recording the meeting and making the recording freely available to shareholders on request, just to stave off questions and concerns surrounding selective shareholder disclosure during a close period. | cperkin
14/6/2018 07:54 | I hope that today’s meeting bears fruit, but doubt that there is anything positive to say. My money is invested in a country that is not conducive to good business by a board that is not conducive to making wise investment of my money. | barony
13/6/2018 21:17 | Perhaps major shareholders have had enough, will Ritson’s head roll.... its long overdue and let’s face it he’s wrecked the company and destroyed shareholder value! | simon8

07/6/2018 14:34 | Look alive AEX on the move with a 711k buy for £20k. Afternoon buying may suggest US money. Just after 2pm, share price took off the other day. Pattern buying by a big individual. | whoppy
07/6/2018 14:18 | Can't get my head around Jon Fitzpatrick taking 16,833,777 shares at 3.5p. He's now down £168k from a £589k investment. Why would you do that? | whoppy
07/6/2018 14:11 | There's no way you can ramp this dog. However, the chance that the valuable gas in Ruvuma will lie dormant forever is not really realistic. What that means for Solo is a partner, or a sale. Someone will want it. Aminex already has a partner that wants it. Will they want some of Solo's share?? Answers? | whoppy
07/6/2018 13:55 | a good post on COPL.. Edgein7 Jun '18 - 09:29 - 2920 of 2921 0 0 0 Bounty Hunter, Its all about timing. OIL was one of my best ever, it went from the teens in the Brenda days to over £4.00 in the post-Huntington era (I sold long before that). Art was exceptional at finding the stuff, especially appraisal drilling and OIL were killed off by the debt and the unprecedented fall in the oil price, that killed off AFR and many others too CAZA et al. With COPL its all about timing again. The market has a short memory and if ART delivers even a fraction of that plan in the presentation then this is going to be one of the highest baggers in the oil sector in a long time. If the deal goes through and they line up funding they're expected to produce from the modified rig, so no 3-4 year wait as normally associated with offshore. Plan is 6000bopd in the early stages and within about 3-5 years and 29 wells later produce 60,000bopd at peak. The market rightly or wrongly expects that this will not happen hence £8m market cap. If on the other hand they get approval from the Nigerians for the Essar deal, finance the well and get the expected results this is Oilexco mark II. The early days of OIL were exceptional and that's why I took some here. One of the smallest holdings in my porty so its not without risk as you point out, but upside if Art pulls it off is going to be legendary. First target 90mmbbls, combined appraisal targets approx 250mmbbls. Regards, Ed. | nicky21
07/6/2018 13:53 | Now that's a desperate ramp !! | 1bonanza
07/6/2018 13:37 | MM's know news is coming and are squeezing out every last drop from fed up holders before it arrives. | whoppy
