I am an Equity Research analyst with a background in Mining companies.
I ran my analysis and believe the new NPV will range between 6-12bn with a mean of $9bn, up from the current $4.3bn.

30% of $9bn is $2.7bn = £2.1bn.

I expect a low ball offer of 50p to kick things off, rising to £1.00 as the price of gold copper and silver continues to rise.

We are at the start of a great golf rush and BofA $3,000 is not far off given the huge increases in American and Worldwide Quantitative Easing and free money.

Newcrest will bid for us.
Rio will bid for us. Rio will also bid for Newcrest.
BHP will want their bid in.
BHP and Newcrest will fight it out.

It’s all a waiting game - once the conditional financing of $2.85bn is sorted, the ball will roll fast. They won’t want to hold it down further as metal prices will go through the roof. Look at Barrick Gold for example.... rocket 🚀

Mam you are right 10p was silly but there was plenty of fear in the market at that point .

Not out of the woods yet but 2.5 billion in the bank would help .

If BHP could bid it may have been all over now at a silly price . Atleast it give us time to get the finace sorted before they can bid .

Price shouldn't have dropped that far should it.
It's same old promises.
Perhaps instead of saying last chance to buy at these levels,
I should be saying sell.
After all I was a contrarian investor when i bought in placement at 3p.
Anyway GLA.

Listen to the webcast. Selling off Alpala on its own highly unlikely because of corporate tax implications.

Increased my holding in DGR Global last night by 135%...

Underlyi8ng assent value at current market prices is 19 cents a share...their holding in SOLG alone is worth 15.3 cents a share right now...

So if SOLG was sold for 100p they would have over £200 million to invest in the rest tf their portfolio, including Ironridge...

CGP also massively undervalued...if Alpala was sold for the equivalent of 60p/share, CGP's share would b e worth $8.7CAD/share compared to the current $1.97...

These are the reasons I hold both...very much in Nick's interest to pull off the CGP takeover, sell Alpala and develop the rest of the SOLG portfolio and the rest of the DGR portfolio...

AIMHO as usual...

Stop downplaying everything. There are substantial gold reserves (!!) as well as copper.Don't invest here if everything is so problematic. Simples..

For all of you referring to gold prices. Remember, we are mainly copper. You really shouldn't mention one without the other and copper pricing is still historically low. I actually don't think current prices mean much due to the long-term nature of the mine.
