I'm not a chart expert but ideally we want to have built a strong platform just under 22.15p before breaking through. Exceptions would include exceptional news or new information.

The November capital raise with BHP at 22.15p created a heavy resistance level at that price point. We need strong volume to break that resistance and then we are clear through to 30p. Fingers crossed that enough excitement is generated to get the job done

Looks to me a coordinated plan to surpress the share price at 20p,or close to it, as soon as it trys to breakout they sell it down and someone on the bid side buys it,

Volume is key to any breakout. We had 8m traded on announcement of the offtake arrangement and that was insufficient. We need a sufficiently surprising and exciting announcement to get 20m plus shares traded. Then we will break through 23p. Barring this, we will drift with the market.

I think he is open to either . If the offer is great then he will sell if there are no offers or low ball offers he will take it to production . He has made a good start by getting 150 million at below the PEA finance so that takes the pressure off .

Move along. Move along. (as the market is doing). Nothing to see here. Anything significant or 'new' will have had to be RNS'd immediately (and isn't likely to coincide with a broker puff arranged a week beforehand). All the dogs on the street in Dead GoldDiggers Gulch will have known for months if not years that steps to raise funds for Alpala were coming. (And don't forget no sane bidder would pay anything near a NPV, especially when not yet backed by a DFS or a BFS). This spate of not-news is so NM can try to raise the shares before the fund raise necessary before he can resume exploring his other prospects. Its separate from the question of any pre-funding he can get for Alpla, which itself is insignificant in light of the total build costs. And don't forget also that Red Cloud (like all brokers touting an excessive share price 'target') only does so to persuade Solg to give it the lucrative business of raising funds from less savvy investors. I would think the company would reply to this speculation tomorrow by RNS or NM will make things clearer tomorrow at 2 p.m.

Stop being such a petulant child and try to understand. NM wants to ensure we are not picked of by lowball bids. Nobody is deliberately keeping the share price low. The price will rise when buyers exceed sellers. This is a long-term investment and near term price movements are difficult to predict.

The bid protection is a ruse at this point as they want to raise money. That is why Citibank is there. Get the placing done with and we can move forward. Side note....Global markes looking dire again, could be another severe downward lurch soon ??!?
