Interesting quotes...

Citi has been hired to help with the fundraising and also act as a "defence adviser", a person familiar with the company said.

“We’re building a company that’s as important to the development of Ecuador as BHP was to Australia. I think that's just beginning to sink in to the world’s majors and financiers,” said Nick Mather, SolGold chief executive.

Its going to be noticed . It puts NM in a strong position not having to worry about Alpalas funding .Majors now will as you say have to make their move before the mine gets bigger and more expensive as it grows .

He can finish what is needed to be done and no doubt boost the size of the mine by futher drilling in áreas untouched . At the moment they have not found out where this giant mine finishes .

There may be a substantial sum coming from the interested take-off parties, such that no other fund raisings are required? For these things to work it has to be a win-win for all parties involved. All parties want to see Alpalla brought to production asap, at the most advantageous cost. Plus there might be an outsider, who may be further encouraged by the risk reducing take-off agreements, to make a bid for the whole thing?

Lefrene .

Yes you are right , we know we have 150 million funding for ALPALA. What i am speculating is that there will be a placing coming with the annoucement or maybe just after unless the agreement allows us to spend some of the monies on drilling the regionals .

We need to see the agreement .

If i was NM i would get the 150 million news out which should increase the share price and then once the share price was higher. Raise monies at a slightly lower level needed if the 150 million is not allowed to be used for the regionals .

As i said we dont know until the details are RNSed .

Surely take-off agreements are all about money now in exchange for metal in the future at a deeply discounted price, and doesn't involve new share issues? eg, the interested party pays $300 an oz for gold now, and takes delivery 5 or 6 years in the future regardless of what the market price is at that time. No doubt it's not quite so simple as that with various caveats, but that's the basic idea.

I have tried many times and you never answered them . You stated the price cannot rise because there are only 3 % of uncontrolled shares yet the price went from 45p to 10p and then to 20p how can this be ?

Explain why the share price will not rise once funding has been recieved when 99.9% of companies rise on funding ..

Knickers .. why will we be stuffed explain asked you many times never recieved a reply .

Just a few to start .
