I am listening:

1) "Conditional full financing package" that should take us to post-feasibility should be completed "within a few weeks". Could be part of the off-take package from smelters.

2) Smelters/traders are valuing Alpala at project value and not market cap value of SOLG. This is "encouraging because SolGold is very undervalued" atm. Those are NM's words.

3) Demand for all years of the mine life is more than supply at Alpala leading to better financials. "We are hoping this will re-rate the company's market cap in due course".

4) The financing packages on offer from the smelters/traders range from full Equity/convertible notes to full debt. "We do not want to raise equity at this moment in time as the market cap is "very" undervalued".

5) PEA was done at an 8% discount rate - "we will see this rate drop when we get to PFS".

6) The Alpala project will have "better payability, better ROCE, better refining charges".
