I would imagine if it was important the company would have had to report it to the market . They obviously think it just a paperwork issue .

37p really holding fast, but it can't be long before SOLG either falls out of the wedge below 35p or breaks up. I suggest a similar move to the one that went from 21 to 38, so could easily hit 60p within a couple of weeks imo. Just need the catalyst.

Newcrest happy to purchase as many shares as they can.
I've got feeling someone else is quietly accumulating too.

Pob69. In my day - admittedly a few years ago, peel hunt were an excellent small cap broker who were well connected with Instos. Let’s hope they still are!!

We are fortunate in that should a bid happen sometime now I imagine that there would be a bidding war but if suitors are prepared to wait NM has time to add considerably to the assets. Either way the valuation of Solg will be far higher than it is right now or for that matter higher than that envisaged by Red Cloud.

In principle I agree and we are sure NM wants to get far higher than £1.05....But if that’s what we get it is not too shabby....Sure I am hoping for double that and making a real significant uplift to my pension pot !!

know what you mean goldrush and I guess many will be tempted especially given current action however in reality it's up there with giving away the family silver way too cheaply

Great find and much appreciated. Per the Report Zijin take out price would suggest 192% updside....i.e. £1.05 a share......I could live with that !!
