06/12/2018 19:57 | yes, it's almost impossible to detect or indeed prove. | mirabeau
06/12/2018 19:56 | dmitri - Oh, I see. I didn't mean to patronise with my response. I know you've been on the boards a while and thought it strange you didn't know the difference between the two - my mistake, sorry..M | mirabeau
06/12/2018 19:50 | If its illegal then we should inform Sec. | mknight
06/12/2018 18:48 | Ah sorry misread the L2 part assumed a trade just showed up late - skimreading on the train. You can’t legally puff the order book like that, people have been prosecuted for it, it’s just difficult to prove if done sporadically. | dmitribollokov
06/12/2018 16:52 | Becuase it’s large so can be a late reported trade... | dmitribollokov
06/12/2018 16:24 | May be suffering from writer's block. What cab be said has been said. Probably selling from boredom. | mam fach
06/12/2018 15:33 | So let me get this right. We are approx 5 times our share price undervalued with 11 sites yet to be explored . Lol And a few are still selling ....... | mknight
06/12/2018 14:41 | Gold up. The party maybe slowing but it will not crash while interest rates remain so low. Where will you get a better return for your money . | mknight
06/12/2018 12:00 | The party is over | onedayrodders
06/12/2018 12:00 | For me lefrene .. as I mentioned yesterday it's nothing to do with the excuses they keep labeling each downturn on. The market is selling off after years of zero / low int rates, company buy backs, and FED printed QE | onedayrodders
06/12/2018 11:52 | ODR, I believe it's because most trade is driven by algorithms, that simply feed off each other with no regard to any underlying value of whatever is being traded. So once something kicks off it just starts a blind cascade, a self induced vortex. But there could be something in what you say as insiders can just pick up the phone and deal directly, but there always has to be two sides to make a trade. I suppose if there are large futures trades to square then it gives those players time to act? All this because a CFO who 'happens' to be the daughter of the chairman of the biggest Chinese electronics company gets arrested for dealing with Iran. What are the odds that they are going to let her go today? | lefrene
06/12/2018 11:36 | Multi year bear market anyone ? "When futures reopened Thursday, the drop was so severe on S&P 500 futures that the Chicago Mercantile Exchange triggered circuit breakers to avoid worse losses. Those futures spiked down to 2,659, a drop of 1.9% before the CME stopped trading briefly to try to calm the market, said Chris Weston, head of research at Pepperstone." These circuit breakers must be to give the gravy train gang enough time to get out before the ignorant masses. | onedayrodders
06/12/2018 09:29 | Just filter that muppet zoros. | dmitribollokov
06/12/2018 09:11 | Let’s be fair though Mira there are many over there who support you. You said nothing offensive at all. | yufff
06/12/2018 08:14 | Mira Agree - only 2k sold before it went bit the 100k's are still there and not sure if they are connected or not. Anyway, could mean a gentle rise in SP? Positive feel to SOLG at the moment. Sympathy on LSE stuff - I stopped reading after the first few posts as it was getting ridiculous. Sometimes anonymity creates that sort of nonsense. | zeusfurla
05/12/2018 22:14 | mknight I was hoping for a little more than that? A few pennies before Xmas and a solid rise would suit me. PEA not far away which will have an impact. Hope Nick is having a break from the presentations for a while. | zeusfurla
05/12/2018 21:59 | Zeusfuria By modest you mean 20p ..no . | mknight
05/12/2018 21:19 | Mirabeau Sad to see you away from LSE Board but good you are still posting here. On L2 for info if you didn't pick this up being out earlier, I noted the 500k on the offer at c38p which has been there for a while dropped to c498k this morning then when I logged in again mid-afternoon the 500k was gone completely! Leaving 10x 100k on the offer from 39.5p-40.4p which may or may not be another ceiling to the share price The removal of the 500k may be significant. The blocker (if that is what it was) appears to be gone. I'll be checking again in the morning at 7:50 but if the 500k doesn't reappear I am optimistic even with relatively low volumes that we could see a modest move up in share price pre-Xmas. | zeusfurla
05/12/2018 20:55 | Getting VERY interesting here :-) | alwaysevolving |
