In a world where major gold/copper finds are increasingly harder to find, Solg are sitting on one of the worlds largest finds in the last two decades, in an environment where precious metals are hitting all time highs and where Solg are also very likely to find other tier 1 and 2 assets. Billion pound company this.

GGP was close to touching a billion pound valuation, I expect Solg to hit that sooner than most on here expect.

Arcadian, one hopes we have at least 13 "game changers" to come, plus the other 60 odd prospects. Perhaps the tide has finally changed here?

I think that we should all be grateful for the news and data that each of us has

especially pob who shares his with us all.

Yesterday my wife eagerly pruning a bank of weeds etc managed to prune my high speed internet feed so that I had to spend the rest of the day joining 16 cat5 cable
ends

Get them wrong and you either have at best no connection or at worst send power down the wrong wire and blow the router etc.

Let`s be grateful that Porvenir is a game changer with Rio still to come.

McKn I told you I bought back in around the low 20's having sold some previously in the 30's. I don't trade frantically. I invest for the medium term taking account of medium term trends driven by medium term sentiment !
(By the way, when I were a lad, fund managers in Edinburgh always outperformed their London counterparts because without they there new-fangled electriconics they were one day behind the news and the rumours and made better judgements accordingly !

McKn - Are you going to go on and on commenting on minute by minute movements all the time over the next five years while any of this comes to some sort of fruition ? Just asking. You'll be a yellowing/greyish/Scrooge-like figure hunched over your screen that your kids (let alone 'er indoors) won't recognise. (Or maybe they'll prefer it provided you're in your shed down the bottom of the garden) How about a nice holiday ? Butlins might suit !

Mirabeau,

Certainly not saying that! The drill results will not come in for another two weeks or so.

As the RNS explains, Solg are going on what they see on and in the drill core. They have plenty of experience to go by. Remember that Chris Connell said in an earlier RNS:

"We look forward to updating the market with visual mineralisation estimates and core photos as drilling progresses at Porvenir."

Edit: spot on MI. My typing is at snail's pace!
