star, I agree, fulcrum is 45. Likely trading range 40 - 50, with a bit of spill over.

Long ARM (intraday) at 325.5 - maybe this is dangerous

"We are currently experiencing a drop in site speed. We are aware of the problem and are working on a solution". it says at the top of the page. It certainly is like wading through treacle - hope they fix it soon

Random,

I closed out this morning, although I think telecoms are doing well today and chip stocks aren't. r u trading marconi as well ?

I must say I don't have much belief in this bounce I would of thought that markets would have been down quite alot in the uk today. I will be selling any long I hold if futures turn negative.

Exactly Ruth, you decided not to trade so I said the opposite.

I was only kidding though, still watching ARM.

very difficult day for trading - is it resistance awaiting an upsurge next week - or is it support awaiting to break down for next week.i think we are at the crossroads for the short term movement.clearly we are reliant on the usa and any good news from afghanistan over the weekend would be helpful after all it won't come from their economy, good news that is.

Morning all,
Site utterly useless today. 15 minutes for page refresh, if I can open the page in the first place, no probs with any other site. Sort yourselves out please AFN.

gone long arm too.

ruth, just to say thank to you. You always seem to spot moments of strength and weakness correctly on arm and log. I act on them and most times make money. Just be brave and disciplined with your stop loss and you'll be fine. thanks once again gal.

9K sets sellers still trying their luck driving moni price down. They did well yesterday. Have not managed to get 39.5 on the ask yet. Maybe today, maybe never, who knows?

Does seem to be support at 40, but if the ftse falls below 5K, that would vanish.

Hardly any static resitance on Level 2 up to 50, but of course traders don't always give their positions away on sets.
