the company is £16m in debt. with this bombshell, they could well be in breach of their banking covenants. Could well go bust.

fell lucky (in a way) - forgot I put a stop loss on this at 60p a month or so a go. If only I'd moved it up when the price was rising.

...but this statement looks decidedly ominous to me as it has the same overtones as their last attempts to gloss over the seriousness of the problem. If anyone is tempted to catch this falling knife, look at the RNS's thru the last debacle. They were ill-informing, misleading, half-truths and some. The sililarity is striking here and leads me to believe that this is the start of another utter rout!

For me - took my 3rd loss and my cards are on the table. I'm not shorting, I'm out of this stock, period!

Just sold - 3rd losss in excess of £1500 on this tripe! Out, off the screen, off the watchlist! Never again! Profit warnings don't come in 3's with SMC - they just continually stream through! Will spend on something else!

possibly been oversold now though - there is some positive in the statement isn't there? it says 'profit' still, so I assume they aren't making losses. I think that as long as the report is implemented, then may be long term life in these basards.

no wonder there was no director buying - signs were there and there was no material rise in the share price of recent. that said, this is shocking - daylight robbery stuff imo
