Overwhelmingly the case that anything they put out containing "intend" ... "expect to" fails to materialise.

The intention to complete Angola, followed by expectation of relist, to become the exception?

Indeed SIB, that's a question that needs to be put to them, along with many other questions!

Seems like Hendo is sailing off into the sunset with no further Tende connections?

Hendos North Africa surely will include Somaliland.Company will have been well into the sale and purchase process of Atog when we heard the Tende North Africa first mentioned. So why bother to mention it if Tunisia was on its way out....Pointless unless we still have a Tunisian interest and maybe something else...As much as these directors seem incompetent somebody or something has inspired a 50 million loan at the drop of a hat.

IN MY MAIL---Hello everyone,

Thanks again for joining this group of shareholders. I’d like to share a quick update on our progress and outline some next steps:

Shareholder Participation

Around 70 people responded to the original survey, with about 55 providing email addresses, representing roughly 450 million shares.

I asked anyone interested to email me (at barneypimentel@gmail.com) a letter or statement from their broker confirming:

Your full name (as the beneficial shareholder)

The name of the broker or nominee platform (e.g. Hargreaves Lansdown, Interactive Investor)

The company name (Tende Energy PLC)

The exact number of shares held

The date of the statement or letter

So far, I’ve received 14 sets of documents confirming shareholdings. If you haven’t sent yours in yet, please do so—once we collectively confirm 5%, we gain the ability to propose resolutions and call a general meeting.

AGM Timing and Potential Resolution

An AGM only needs 21 days’ notice, but we must submit any resolution 6 weeks before the AGM.

It’s quite probable the AGM will be called before we reach the 5% threshold. However, please keep sending in proof of your shareholdings so we’re prepared if and when we decide to take formal action.

Next Step – Questions for the Board

Our shareholder group currently represents around 9%, so we can still apply collective pressure.

I want to compile a list of questions we’d like answered by the board. I’ve created another google form which just has one field which is what questions do you want to ask. Please put as many questions as you have in and I will try to form a list (combining similar ones etc) to send to the board from the group.

SIB - Do you mean it's strange that re-list is NOT mentioned?

So if you were selling the company but could only do so on completion of Angola but couldn't get your accounts signed off due to the time it was taking what could you do ... sell part of it I do find it strange that relist mentioned

"However, wouldn't put it past our bunch of slimeballs to have set it up to be flogged off for £60m (1p), mind, duly rewarded by the Incoming Group."

Nail+head Dr. Ive always thought a scenario like the one you've suggested was their plan. Shareholder annihilation is bog standard practice, with these Aim companies, former in this case.

Funny thing is despite managing to continue all this nonsense for 16 years, as an Oil and Gas company, literally not producing a drop of stuff, they've made themselves a case study after all ' How to run the Greenest oil and Gas company in the World ' or ' How to keep a Shell Company afloat forever '. Apparently JP was quite proud of that fact when a friend phoned the company last year ' I not sure if a shell company has managed to last this long before ' or words to that effect, like we should all be grateful. Grateful for what exactly ?.

Will we have an ongoing interest in atog when it's sold or perhaps a marketing deal for the crude and significant Cosmos gas.?

Instead of moaning on this BB we should all be writing to the Diretors asking them to explain the conflicting and ambiguous information regarding production and revenue at OML65 that they have issued in their updates.

They clearly have an obligation to clarify and explain these misleading figures, and the more people who write to them about it the more chance of getting a response.

The biggest problem with this company is that they raise/spend money against oil that's still in the ground and has to be repaid at 'point of lifting'....hence, even when the stuff comes out of the ground,,,it's sold to repay the loans they borrowed the money against.....and it's a continuous event, never managing to get one's head above the water or a step in from of the game.

Almost everybody by now must have a similar view on these lowlifes and how they go about their business. That includes the extra-slimy one who has slithered over to some non-existent piece of nonsense he has chosen to call "North Africa". Greedy unscrupulous deceitful creatures lacking in integrity/transparency/honesty/competence. The need to see them booted out has never been greater.

Don't kid yourselves. If there's going to be a takeover there will be an "arrangement" which will mean that us minions will get zilch.

I think I'd rather see a re-list.

I'm seriously concerned by the way we've been misled, and I'm not convinced that this is the end of it.

Nobody can still believe a relist is on the cards. The directors handsomely paid by whoever they have set it up for.The ones it's been set up for won't wish to break the bank in acquiring potential rich rewards from 20 years of revenues.Welcome to the slimy world of investing.
