21/11/2024 10:21 | Cheers Dr....I have no shares in AET...just interested why they're doing well while we, who are in a similar situation are NOT doing well at all?.....Still, the last Accounts issued stated we have cash flow until the end of Dec 2024...that's five weeks left. | htrocka2
21/11/2024 09:40 | o/t htrocka2 20 Nov '24 - 20:48 - 138137 16m AET share block purchase completed yesterday for about £70K. No. He shelled out just over £100k, buying 250k shares in AET last week to take his total shareholding to 16m.. Denis O'Brien: held 6.96% of the company - ie: 15,750,000 ordinary shares as of July 2024. To increase his shareholding to 7.07% of Afentra means he's acquired an additional 250,000 shares, thereby triggering a 7% threshold notification. AET, with big cash flow, may possibly be interested in some kind of tie-up with Tende. Btw, anyone know if Sherl0ck is still alive and kicking? LOL | dr rosso
20/11/2024 21:17 | O/T Why is Russian calling this "A new phase in the war". Setting aside that I thought it was an 'SMO' - not a war, haven't Russia declared that Crimea is sovereign Russian territory? Storm shadows were used to destroy the Naval HQ there - so what's the difference today? | 801710245
20/11/2024 21:11 | Bought 7% of AET.is it the irish billiinaire worth circa 2.6 billion Denis obrian. | bronislav
20/11/2024 20:54 | No one's bought or sold a single TENDE share since July ...The Bod have failed to create the demand....nobody wants them. | htrocka2
20/11/2024 20:48 | McMurtrie is in for Tende Company farm-out and asset farm-out. In talks with cash-rich Afentra perhaps? Pre-merger total news blackout? Don't rule out EIG/Brookfield either. DP World, Dangote and Petropolymer all look to be in the trading mix. Dubai is where it is happening and they sure don't want us to know what is going on. Btw ... Asset farm-out is obvious, presumably giving up a working interest in an oil field such as Cosmos. Company farm-out refers to a partial sale of the Company itself or its subsidiaries. Either way, big cash is coming in. | dr rosso
20/11/2024 20:48 | O/T 16m AET share block purchase completed yesterday for about £70K. | htrocka2

20/11/2024 17:25 | Doc. You've now reached a low point in your postings. You've got what you wanted and that was for me to re-act. I'm alive and extremely well, I run several miles a day, and swim in the pool Everyday.... So I advise everybody to ignore this idiot, and I wish everybody the best of luck. | antenna2
20/11/2024 17:24 | come on, where r u? | dr rosso

20/11/2024 15:29 | That's bad news. | vatnabrekk
20/11/2024 15:13 | Wait for it ... | dr rosso
20/11/2024 14:32 | I said I can't see it relisted full stop and going by warrant dates is even more codswallop | aventador
20/11/2024 12:46 | HT: "AND PAYMENT OF NET CONSIDERATION" Your own capitals for emphasis! Emphasis on the "NET". | vatnabrekk
20/11/2024 11:21 | How many warrants have expired over the years though ?! Loads I thought! Can't see that being an indicator of relist date.. | aventador
20/11/2024 10:40 | I must have posted this a dozen timed now... 'The Proposed Acquisition is conditional upon satisfactory due diligence being completed AND PAYMENT OF NET CONSIDERATION and Minsterial approval' 'They requested that an additional increase of $35m to the deal be taken out of future cash flows, ie accruals.'........Wh ps. Tende to the Angolan Government....ps 'it's been years since we've heard from you? The point I'm trying to make is that the total amount of $370.5m MUST be paid up front before consideration is given to access to accruals......We've had no evidence of this payment. | htrocka2 |
