Vat we are dealing with the absolute dregs in human nature. People who have the moral compass of a sewer rats. They have no regard for anyone but their greedy selves. Shareholders big or small are just a means to an end...their wonderful salaries and lifestyles.

So....they're in the middle of something that's yet to be completed....give them a break....it's only eight weeks to Christmas.....it'll all be out by then.

Tende requested two extensions to their 2023 accounts deadline, and these requests were granted, but they still missed the extended deadline. Perhaps Companies House refused to grant any more time.

It would be really interesting to know what reason Tende gave for requiring an extension, not just once, but twice. Of course they're not telling us and they didn't even have the decency to advise us that there would be a delay in issuing the accounts. That all raises suspicions in my mind, what exactly is going on?

Reality is it’s November 2024 and we are still here,no sell off or relist,just never ending fake rumours put out by the board of news next month or very soon.

If someone was taking Tende over they would have issued the 2023 accounts by the deadline. No reason to hold them back if the takever is top secret anyway, better to try to act normal (whatever that means!)

So the radio silence and lack of accounts must be for some other reason. What it is I have no idea, but it's an indication that things are not gong according to plan somehow, and they don't want to tell us about it.

However, I'm quite sure they will be keeping the big boys, major shareholders, up to date. They wouldn't get away with it if they treated them the way they treat us!

As stated in an earlier post.....was there any need to join a j/v/consortium.Could Tende not have gone down the Afentra route and tended for a block on their own?.Joining this consortium is proving problematic.

Hardly a conducive environment for a relist...Chancellor Reeves budget was a further nail in the coffin.




(....and with this Government calling President Trump 'a boffoon in a toupee',,,we're now headed for a trade war.......yet a further slide being imminent......you couldn't make it.)

Infortunately these emails will land on deaf ears.The only platform to hold them to account is the AGM if there is one.In person where they have to face the music.
